I ordered several times from Blackpool Air Rifles and their service was always quick and reliable, communication excellent. No problem to recommend them to anybody. The only drawback I can see is very rigid export limitations in the UK.

I am located in USA. Blackpool Air Rifles has a Great website and Staff to make the purchasing process painless. When thing do go wrong, They are always there to help. For me, there Email response time is impeccable!!

I can honestly say that my buying experience with Blackpool Air Rifles was a real pleasure. I felt their customer service was spot on - from telephoning me to confirm my order, to again telephoning me to say that my goods were ready for collection, and to helping me in person in the shop. It seemed that nothing was too much trouble for them and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Blackpool Air Rifles very fast service,eager to please staff and a vast stock,well done chaps. Pity they can't deliver air guns like pellpax do.(I am semi housebound and cant travel easily).

Excellent service from Blackpool Air Rifles in all aspects and very good prices also
I'm a recent costumer but i'll keep on buying at BAR
The only thing is that they should answer the e-mails more quickly

Before few weeks I placed an order on Blackpool Air Rifles website for international delivery. I ordered Air Arms Pro Sport, v-mach kit, mtc viper 10x44, combro, gunbag and some lubes. The answer came very soon and the delivery were fast as well. Packaging perfect. One bad point for me were expensive postage to the middle europe. When some problem occured later, the support from BAR was quick and prompt. My next order will be made through BAR of course.

I saw that Blackpool Air Rifles were doing a good offer on a quality Bushnell 'scope, and since they answered my query promptly, I ordered one off them. I was going to order a Rapid S to replace my Rapid 7 locally, but changed my mind today and have emailed Lloyd who no doubt will reply quickly. Since I live far away, I have to email or telephone them and they are most helpful.
There is a lesson here, good customer service gets more orders, and I've had good service from them. Only bad point ...

Blackpool Air Rifles is a very well run company who I buy most of my shooting gear from, would recomend them to any one!!!!.
The staff are very helpfull, they give great deals on gear that you want to part ex. Its a shame I live far away from the shop or I would get all of my shooting gear from them!!!!!Fantastic service

I have spend around 2000-2200 pounds to Blackpool Air Rifles.I have excellent communication with them and i have to tell you that i am really strange customer and not normal one:)) nevertheless the BAR friends help me all the time.Post and packaging is the best i have ever shown for international postages .I have got all my packages in excellent condition.Even the pellets arrive so well packed that i can not find even one damaged!!.i do not have anything else to say.

Blackpool Air Rifles are very helpful, a pleasure to deal with.I am from Holland and ordered some parts for my old springer rifle. Then a Hawk Airmax scope was ordered. Everything went very well.Good and honest advice from Lloyd.The service was exeptional good. Finaly I ended up ordering a brand new Air Arms Prosport. That one is now on its way to Holland.I could buy this stuff in Holland too, but, I like the people from B.A.R. Honest people, good advice.

Same here, absolutely brilliant folks to deal with, and you can be confident that if you're buying gear from them, it'll be ,more than up to the job. Honest advice too - I was once advised by a staff member there (top guy) not to p/ex my old Steyr LG100 for a new LG110 as it'd be a waste of money. Didn't listen to him of course 'cos I WANTED the newer model.

Top people, top kit and service more than up to the job. A pleasure to deal with every time...thanks lads

Very friendly and good advice. They are people in the know! I ordered stuff from Blackpool Air Rifles on a Monday, and the items arrived on the Thursday. I've already recommend BAR to all my friends, and also to a couple of gun dealers.

BAR will be my source every time I need something for my airgun hobby.

I placed an order a week ago with Blackpool Airguns - going for a Webley Longbow in .22 complete with a Weihrauch silencer. I chose Airgunbuyer because the website looked professional (in most aspects) and because I've looked around - Blackpool Airguns have a wider range of products than a lot of other similar places.
