    I used to buy Q magazine in the 90's, but then they turned ever so self-important, even arrogant at times, and they focus way too much on sex, drugs & Rock'n'Roll cllich s instead of writing about what really matters - THE MUSIC. I now buy Mojo and Uncut - by far the best music magazines out there.

    Best reviews, broad coverage, great writing. It's the best music mag, it's usually talking about the scene, the band, or the music, not the person... usually

    After reading Q magazine I was pleasantly surprised, they do an exceptional job of covering a wide majority of bands without straying too far to any genres, unlike some other magazines it also doesn't criticise other genres of music. The writers also seem to be very genuine about what they write. It's nice to see a magazine that focuses on different types of music, not just the bands that are 'hip' in todays culture. It's also interesting to note that the magazine covers not only modern artists, ...
