    I have been ordering my whiskies from the whisky exchange for over 4 years now, and I have never had any problems. On the rare occasions that they have been out of stock of something, they have always been very quick to notify me or suggest a great alternative. In fact one time they did not have a particular bottle of japanese whisky (yamazaki 18yr), but the one they recommended i try was much better than the one i had originally ordered (i had tried it in a bar a few weeks prior to ordering it). So i have been very pleased with the service i have had!

    It seems another person here has had a bad experience with them, which i find hard to believe. As i said, i have never had a problem in 4 years so perhaps this was a one off?

    Anyway I would highly recommend them. With so much to choose from though, the only real problem i have is choosing what to buy!

    I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my order, emailed them 4 times and they won't even bother to answer. I say if you order, do so at your own risk. And don't expect any help from anyone at the whisky exchage. They have no problem taking your money but then you are on your own. Worst shop in England. Didn't even get a tracking number. AVOID

    Good points:
    - Very large range of different whiskeys
    - Affordable prices due to the low pound/euro ratio and low VAT level
    - Delivery within a week from London to the Netherlands

    Less good point:
    - The delivery's "Track & Trace" didn't work quite is good, when your package leaves the UK

    Overall a very good webshop and i would certainly recommend it to friends

    i have used www.thewhiskyexchange.com several times by now and never had a problem, delivery was prompt, items met the expectations, online shopping system is brilliant and feels very much secure, staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable.

    The Whisky Exchange has been an absolute gem to find. I have been searching for a particular whisky for my husband for over six years now, and have not been able to get it.

    After hours of searching, I came across The Whisky Exchange, and shock!! They had two bottles of the whisky I was looking for. It was expensive, but as it is no longer made, I feel it was worth it.

    Online ordering was simple and easy, and the delivery was extremely quick. The bottle was extremely well packaged, and ...
