  Good Points: Great Location.

  Bad Points: None.

  General comments: Located in Ave Carnot, Paris, the Hotel Stella is a clean, well run hotel with friendly staff (even the rather stern looking lady who does breakfasts, when you get to know her). The hotel is approximately 500 yards from the Arc de Triomphe, and a VERY short walk from the Champs Elysse. Ave Carnot itself boasts a pretty good restaurant at the bottom, along with Patisserie and other shops, and just round from Carnot is a major road with lots of local shops.
