Good flight times. But they changed the time of the return flight 2 months before travel to move it to 8 hours later! Needed to re-book taxi, car hire and make arrangements to keep apartment on for extra 8 hrs. Return flight delayed by 4 and a half hours to arrive 3.15am (due to original flight time I had not taken holiday, so had to go to work the next day after no sleep. Return flights from Glasgow to Paphos with Flyglobespan. Flights departed early and arrived early, with the flight from Paphos arriving into Glasgow an hour early. Crew were excellent, comfy seats and good legroom. Definitely fly with this airline again.

Outbound our flight from EDI to PRG was delayed by 4 hours due to technical faults, check-in staff very helpful & we were given a voucher for food. Return flight was consolidated and redirected via Nice, we were called to advise of the change & offered to either change our flights or get a full refund, as the hotel was already booked, we opted to keep our original flights. Admittedly I was weary of flying a budget airline, but all in all a good experience.

Flight from Glasgow to Lanzarote. First time with this operator and would definitely fly with Flyglobespan again. Both flights were on time or early. Crew were pleasant and helpful. A good operator that provides direct routes from Glasgow.

Spend a bit extra and fly with another airline, to have to spend 10 hours cooped up in a tiny plane which is usually used for short journeys was appalling. I really felt sorry for those passengers with babies and toddlers, how they managed to settle them in such cramped conditions is a mystery to me. The flight from hell!!!

I booked to fly from Barcelona to Edinburgh with Flyglobespan, after I had booked they changed the flight time from 8.30pm to 1.30pm meaning I had to pay extra to change my flight from Seville to Barcelona. Flight was delayed three hours, no information given and no rep at bcn. When we finally arrived they announced a delay for reclaiming baggage probably because they hadn't separated the bags for Edinburgh from the people that we going on Glasgow. I would not recommend to anyone.

Overall a pretty poor show, delays, plane too small for the journey, too many stops, return journey consisted of two hour delay, then fly to Bangor Maine to refuel, then 6 hours 15 minutes to Knock only at point of landing in fog pilot decides to climb and divert to Shannon Airport to refuel another two hours on the ground before finally arriving at Liverpool, two flights consisting of over 12 hours sitting on the plane in both directions, never again and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Flyglobespan flight not on time, no customer service. No leg room. Rude flight attendants. Small aircraft from int flights. Only 2 bathrooms for the entire plane. I will never fly this airline again!!! rude rude rude

Flyglobespan cancelled the fight late September even though we had fully paid. Rebooking was very difficult due peak travel time and involved considerable additional cost. We have had no real explanation from the company for this appalling lack of service.
Be warned that in my case this company was unreliable and treated me poorly.

Booked Flight with FGS in Feb 07 for there new Cape Town flights direct from Manchester.
Paid deposit, and went onto site to check flight times on 21/9 and the tickets had been canceled. Called call center who said that they were not doing them anymore, as of today!
2 days later and they still haven't emailed me to inform me that this has happened, or refunded my money!

After flying to Florida for some years we decided to treat ourselves and fly Business Class for the first time. We booked via the internet and found it easy and convenient. Once booked we were able to access our details through the 'view your booking' link on the web page. Here we could chose our seats, select meals and even amend any details we wished. We were attracted by the added comfort and extras we were promised for such a long flight. We were not disappointed!

After looking at a few discount airlines, each one had its pros and cons so I decided to book with Globespan, this was in April. In May the airline started their route to Hamilton and as I continue to check the reviews it looked very dismal so I left it God's hands and he came thorough for me. We booked in January to travel on Flyglobespan, Liverpool - New York, outwards early July, return a fortnight later.
We were upset when, in March (?), Knock was added as a stopover; instead of arriving in New York at 15.00, eta was now 18.00. Realistically, this would mean we would lose an evening of our holiday, but there was nothing we could do.
With absolute trepidation we watched the constant delays on these flights via the Liverpool airport arrivals & departures board online. A fortnigh ...

Having read reviews about FlyGlobeSpan, we travelled with low expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised. Some flights seem more reliable than others, and travel with FlyGlobeSpan may be a gamble, but then you tend to get what you pay for in life.
We arranged stay in Toronto with them, and both the hotel and onward transfer arranged by FlyGlobeSpan were excellent.

I had booked my transportation from Hamilton Airport to Toronto through web site and have received e-mail as confirmation, but the driver did not find my name in the passenger and I have paid $150CA for transportation to Toronto.
And I have sent 4 e-mails to customer relation and never got any answer.

We had stumbled across the Review Centre website before the flight and due to the many poor reviews we were going to the airport with very low expectations of GlobeSpan. However, the flight came into Liverpool from Stansted only slightly late and we departed about 30 minutes late, arriving in Hamilton 15 minutes late. Pretty Good. The return flight timing was just about bang on.
The GlobeSpan website gave us the impression that there was no food on the flight and we'd have to pay £8 ...

I would recommend them to anyone who wanted to get to Canada very cheaply and prepared for the gamble that you could be massively delayed and/or generally messed about.
Talking to some previous passengers, I got that impression that in general the airline is functional and gets you there vaguely on time ie within a few hours. It's clearly a very chaotic and poorly run organisation, unable to cope with any real problems. So things that would cause a major airline a small delay, cause GlobeSpan ...
