    Good Points: Easy to book online - good online booking engine


    Bad Points: Everything else, once you've actually booked


    General comments: Trying to amend a booking with Expotel was impossible. In the end the booking was cancelled, and I still got charged the full amount, even though I cancelled within the allotted time.
