Bad Points: They did not get reservation correct. When I called back after waiting for over an hour at the airport, they did not correct the reservation. Called from Airport phone, they then gave me to a driver that had already left. When I called back, they ignored the call because they claimed I was now on the list of the driver that had already driven off.
General comments: The organizational skills of the Super Shuttle car hire company are horrible.
They ignore comments, claiming that the mistake will be corrected.
Finally a driver let me sit on the floor of his backed shuttle, and I was able to get to my hotel.

I have never received such poor service before. In fact, it's hard to receive poorer service since none was received at all from Super Shuttle Car Hire. After booking shuttle transport from downtown DC to IAD airport (for Nov 18 2005), my colleagues and I waited patiently at 5:00am to meet our shuttle outside of our hotel.
The allotted time came and went, and at 5:45am there was no shuttle. Becoming concerned about making our plane, I called the company, who informed me that they were 'just ...
