“Excellent Location - Disappointed in the Villa Conditions”

We booked all three villas for a 40th birthday. The villa's were in an excellent location in Latchi just mins walk to the beach and shops, bars and resturants. The villas were spacious and each had their own large pool. The decor of the villa's inside is tired and could do with some updating as could the furniture and cooking utensils! The air conditioning was not the best although we were told by the owners / maintenence people that we had it on too long which is rather strange... (read more)

I've stopped there on more than one occasion and I've found nothing to support these comments...
Good value, good service, and [names removed]were very accommodating to our requests...
I'm happy to recommend to any prospective customer of Alkyon villas

“We spent one week in September in the Polis/ Latchi...”

We spent one week in September in the Polis/ Latchi area with some friends at the Alkyon Villas - we stayed in a 3 bedroom villa (ensuite bathrooms in each bedroom) with a private swimming pool and very good self-catering facilities at very good value for money (if you ask me, they should charge more - we paid £100 per night between 3 couples!). Our villa was only about 100 metres from the sea and within a few minutes walk to Latchi fishing harbour and marina. Alkyon Villas is set right... (read more)
