Excellent company, Vonage call plans are second to non and for the first year their cheaper than Skype and all other companies who claim to offer the same service. Great voice quality and support. 5 stars!

Cheap... Calling features are fantastic. Online account pretty much allows you to manage your account.Reliability would depend on your ISP but despite that, there's the network availability feature w/c forwards all your calls to any number that you like in times of power or internet outtage.

Have wasted hours trying to set up first set sent, then spent many more hours setting up second set sent. Then found certain features on my home phone no longer worked. I wish to return to my old uncomplicated system. Am happier with the system that I am familiar with therefore I do not recommend vonage.co.uk- Read mphillips2008's review (62 words)

Great value for money and I'm really impressed with the call quality. I replaced my cable phone line with Vonage and I'm saving a good amount every month.
