i love them, you can get amazing speed with them. There is a bit of friction but nothing too much to worry about

I got the Speed Metal Abec 5 bearings a while back, and wow! They roll fast and stay fast in cold weather. The friction can make it feel a bit slower, but it is almost unnoticeable. Just lube these babies once a week with some WD40, and your good to go. They are at really cheap price too.
