Horrid customer service. I must have emailed them over 10 times and never received a reply. When I phoned up and left a message I never received a call back either. Eventually the shoes showed up. Price was brilliant, one of the cheapest in the UK. I doubt I would use again, as they seem to be the kind of company that when something goes well it works, however as soon as there is a problem - they don't want to know about it. (read more)

I have been a customer of Barrington Sports for over a decade now and to put it simply, I believe that they are one of the few online sports shops in the UK that seem to have got it right: an easy to navigate site, good quality product images, detailed descriptions and for products which need a little more info, size and technical guides to make your decision easier. For many years Barrington Sports has been supplying mail order throughout the UK (and beyond for all I know). 20 years ago I was with a club in Surrey who did an annual order from Barringtons, because they were the best then. They still are. You can go to their small industrial estate shop in Knutsford Cheshire and try the demo sticks, and maybe pick up a clearance bargain. Or just order online. Clear pictures and descriptions. Easy to navigate. And they only charge your credit card... (read more)
