I paid over £100 for a domain name and web space for 3 years with Host Logical
I loaded up the first page of my site.
Everything worked fine,I tried to load some music and suddenly everything stopped working.

I found out by accident that my website had been detagged. A client couldn't get access and made enquiries. I have been trying since June to make contact with Hostlogical, but they simply do not respond to my emails or tickets. I have now been trying to transfer my domain to another ISP, but once again Hostlogical will not answer my pleas for help in doing this. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt, but don't doubt it, this host is (BEEP). I have never had a reply to any of my support tickets, the phone number, is never answered, and messages ignored.
This week the website dissapeared.

If you are looking for a hosting company then don't use Hostlogical (www.hostlogical.com)!
We had no problems in setting up, and registering a domain name, everything looked ok. Then you cease to exist. When they were taken over by Adur Media (surely they could have bought something better with their money), everything went pear shaped. Our website, along with a lot of other sites, was detagged. I hosted a website with HostLogical (www.hostlogical.com) and they have given spotty service availability but you know, you get what you pay for so I put up with it.
Then mid-June comes around and the domain is off the map. This has happened before and I normally give it a day or two, once or twice I've had a response to a support ticket about it and the site has re-appeared.

I should have realised that something was wrong when I first signed up to HostLogical (www.hostlogical.com)...
I paid £9.99 extra for the search engine optimisation, which I never got any information about and no reply to my emails. What is more worrying about HostLogical (www.hostlogical.com() was that they sent round e-newsletters about free hosting for charities - so I emailed them as I was setting up a website for a UK registered charity - despite dedicating an entire newsletter to this, they would respond to any of my emails (I suspect because there was no financial gain for them)

Since the last review I submitted in January 2005, the customer support from HostLocal has gone from being slow to non existent. On 7th May I returned from holiday to find that I have been detagged and no one can access my site. HostLogical and its new owner Adurmedia do not respond to telephone calls, e mails of ticket numbers. As far as I am concerned they may well be out of business. HostLogical.com at first seems like a good company providing a lot of value for money. Quiet quick to respond to pre-sale questions.
I took the Pro (Webdesigner) Package hoping to host multiple websites.
Once you've paid-up, kiss any support or communication from them goodbye.
What do you get:
+ Unexpected Server Crashes (loss of access to websites and email).
+ No response to support tickets issued.

I purchased a domain name from Hostlogical in mid-January, on seeing that this could be used to point at my existing website. Ten days later I requested information on how to do this. Mid-February I received a reply, asking for the site URL. You may be tempted to go with HostLogical because of all the features they have for such a low price, my advice to you would be don't! If you do it would be money wasted.
They offer the world and your lucky if you get enough earth to fill an egg cup!
99.5% up time is a joke, more like 50% if that, constant server crashes, site unavailable etc.

Since 10th December 2004, I have been trying to update my website but hostlogicals' control panel appears to be stuck on the impage properties page. I have sent 9 requests for customer support and received 9 ticket numbers but all are marked pending. I have asked that they delete the advert they have put on my opening page and reset my account so that I can either start from scrath of move to another hosting company. I joined Hostlogical back in november when my previous provider went in to liquidation. The transaction seemed to go well, and the features are pretty good. Since I know a bit about web programming I was happy. Until I recieved a note from my previous registration agen to say that my domain name was due from renewal. I registered my domain name with HostLogical (www.hostlogical.com) and signed up for a £29.99 a month account. During the registration period there was a lot of e-mail activity from them setting up payment details and such. Once they had my money... NOTHING!
