    i use this product on my sons hair he is mixed raced it has been so brilliant on him he loves it cause he knows it isnt gona hurt when it comes to trying to brush through his hair.
    i agree it doesnt smell to good at all but it does the job brilliantly i cannot comment on how it could work on other hair textures but i no it works wonders on my sons hair i would say definatly give it a try because it is so cheap i was very shocked at how cheap and how good it was!
    i dont realy rate the childrens D & L hair products but maybe his hair texture just needs a stronger product.

    This product transforms my dry split coarse curly hair into beautiful soft shiny manageable curls. It doesn't cost the earth either.

    I have tried so many hair products and spent so much money over the years trying to manage my mediterranean mop. I love it and I love my curls now. they look fabulous!

    If your hair is dry and damaged and you've tried everything out there this is the product for you! My hair has been through hell and back, perms, colors, straightening, etc. This truly worked for me..

    Made my hair soft. Don't care for the smell at all. I had to leave it on for way longer than the instructed time to get some results. Satisfactory, but was expecting better.

    I love, love, LOVE, this deep conditioner. I have been using it for about 7 years and I am devoted. I see a lot of women on the internet complaining about the results. I guess it's true that everything doesn't work for everybody. I have very thick, multi-textured hair. When I say multi-textured, I mean, coarse in some places, soft in others, straight-ish and wavy in some places, tightly coiled and kinky in others.     Dark and Lovely products aren't good at all. Their dyes dry and break your hair, they claim to have deep condtioners but it's not true. Please don't use their products try Henna or a Mayo Deep conditoner with Olive oil.

    When a flatmate recommend me to try Dark and lovely Ultra Cholesterol Conditioning Treatment, I was a bit sceptical (I am usually sceptical about brands that I have never heard of before), but to my surprise this one really is the best hair treatment I have come across so far (and I have tried L'Oreal, and TIGI etc). It smells lovely, goes on like a dream, and your hair is turned from straw into silk in just 5 minutes. My hair was in good condition before, but this one had a BIG effect afterward ...
