Today i tried yes loans for a loan, afterwards i had a bad feeling about this as they said they would get me a loan but only under a guarnteer, told them this was not possible, so i re phoned yes loans to cancel the application then was told that they know have found a lender for me and that they would send out the documents for this, i still felt uneasy so i thought that i would google them, was sick to my stomach to read what i found. i then re phoned them again, explained this to them that they were a bunch of cons and was told that the lender will be in touch with me within 24hrs, so confused dont know what to do, can someone help

Help, I went through the whole process that everyone else has gone through, then after the call i thought I'm going to check this out, why i didn't before i don't know, i felt sick as i started to read the comments. I paid the £69.50, which i really couldnt afford. I was applying for a loan of £4000, by the end of the call all i was guaranteed was that they would run a debt management programme and had to pay £100 a month. The loan was to consolidate debt and purchase a new car ...

I would like to say to everybody stay away from BOGUS companies like;[YesLoans, and WentWorth Direct Finance]They are just thieves nothing else. They are not Loan companies at all, they just used fake website.I think OFT[Office of Fair Trading]should take serious action against them and shut them down for good.OFT so far has done nothing I'm sure they knew about it,but I look forward to seeing some light on this subject that these bogus will be wiped out completely.

STAY WELL Clear! Criminals! I was told I had been accepted for a loan and asked for my debit card details "To verify my account and do a security check" ! Next day £59 was gone from my account. I rang Yes they said I had agreed to pay the fee! The guy on the phone was talking so fast I was very confused! The best way to get your money back is to open a transaction dispute with your own bank! Tell them you've not authorised the transaction and they can get it back for you. Got mine back wit ...

Hi all, Just wanted to let you all know that I finally got my £64.50 (£5 deducted) today in the post. I was totally shocked. I sent them 5 letters (exactly the same) requesting my money on the 23rd August then I started bombarding them with emails (about 100 a day) which obviously caught their attention. So it has taken 45 days for me to receive my money back - so it can be done - and dont bother wasting your phone bill because I sat on hold for 30 minutes TWICE and both times when I ...

Joke of a firm. Took my brokers fee and cashed it quicker than any cheque I've wrote before. They found me a loan with an APR of 53.3%...I thought it was a joke. You can't email these clowns, they don't answer the phone and better still they pass your card details onto their sister company who also took money from my account. I've wrote to both demanding a refund but i've still received nothing. Dodge these like the plague, cowboy outfit.

I recently worked for yesloans, and people think they treat customers badly!! try being their staff!! in the short month that I was employed there I witnessed 4-5 people being sacked, 7-8 people walking out, and the majority of the floor being screamed and sworn at, as staff we are not expected to prvide good customer service, just to get the money from the clients, I HATED this job, i'm now unemployed but would rather that than work for them... FYI whilst I was there I seen staff being sacked f ...
