Good Points: It has a nice name and a smiley face as a logo
Bad Points: Where do i start?
General comments: Yes loans. The first thing you will notice if you apply for a loan from 'YES' is their eagerness to give you a loan, i applied three weeks ago and i was accepted, no questions. Since then i have received upwards of 50 text messages at all hours of the day to finalize my loan application. By finalize, what i mean is call up yes loans, PAY THEM MONEY. Fortunately i haven't done this as i have read the other reviews.

I am at the moment holding yet again for a customer service advisor. I first applied for my loan 3 weeks ago they said it would be 3/4 days processing time I paid my £49.50 and guess what not heard a single thing since I have contacted them twice to be told that someone would contact me shortly. I telephoned them 20 minutes ago after holding for 10 minutes I was put through to an advisor, I explained to the advisor that I would like a refund on my £49.50 to which she put the phone ...

I was contacted on Friday by some bloke who talked very fast and I found extremely pushy.I gave him my usual details and he tried to make small talk before saying CONGRATULATIONS you have been accepted for a loan, how does 257.00 a month sound?I thought that was pretty good considering my poor credit. He then wanted my card details so that I could pay for the admin fee so that the process could start straight away, I did.
I was quickly told about some other product and was put on hold for more t ...

Wouldn't advise anyone to use them, use another broker.....Do not contact you if your application is refused, do everything in their power to keep a hold of your fee which in every right be refunded when refused, they are quick enough to take money from you. absolute shocking customer service (ie emailed telling you not to contact them again).

I applied for a loan a few weeks ago but when I found out the company were brokers and not actually offering me a loan I turned them down. I got a call from YES Loans today while at work. I asked them to call me back after 18:00.
I'm going to tell them to go west when they do. Although I probably would have anyway as I don't see the point of going through a broker. We all have the Internet so we can find a company for ourselves.

We were looking for a small loan, so when YES loans called we thought they were the company our bank has sent our details to. My partner was blurred by the fast talking sales pitch he didn't know what was happening. Next thing i know, partner has given bank details out and we are told they want £49.50 fee. My partner has difficulties when it comes to things like this and i was so angry that they kind of took advantage of him.Luckily they have not took any cash out of our account yet but ...

I wish I had read these reviews before I gave my £49.50 to this company. They are a disgrace. They introduced me to a company called FLM and a loan for £2500.00 was offered. The payments should have been £125.00 p/m for 3 years and I needed a homeowner as a guarantor. what a joke. I would be paying back £2085.00 in interest. Please avoid these people its easy money for them. When you phone and your on old they are charging 10p a minute and it all starts adding up. Ive ...

After saying I didn't want to take the loan out I was then passed to a colleague who wanted to advise me on how to save on medical bills.I was then spammed with several text messages saying my loan was accepted. I then received another call from them, I told them to take me off their list and to stop sending me spam. I am still receiving several texts from them a day.I just called them again to tell them again to take me off their list, after waiting for 15 minutes on hold I was told I had come ...

I applied for a loan with them in 2005 when i was on maternity, they knew this but then after a couple of weeks decided they couldn't help me, so i asked for my money back they said that they would help make my credit report better, they never did. A few days ago they phoned me as i had been on the internet applying for loans again, they have said that i don't have to pay my arrangement fee as i informed them how useless they were last time and they are now being really nice and are processing m ...

I have been shopping around for loans online via moneysupermarket.com, and decided to go with Tesco. Filled out the online form, and 10 minutes later I got a text message from Yes Loans saying "We have been passed your loan enquiry. Please call us on 0845 389 1824 so that we may complete your loan application as soon as possible".Thought that it was to do with my Tesco loan application, so I called them at 30p a minute from my mobile, only to be put on hold for half an hour before I hung up. You ...

Can I just first say, that they kept insisting that I give my card details and I had to be very firm in my refusal at least 6 times!! That gave me pause, so I checked this website for reviews before going through with my application. Thank you VERY much for warning me off. When they called me back, I said that I was no longer interested since I read some reviews and the guy got really abusive on the phone then hung up!!! Plus I have been getting random phone calls from numerous companies wa ...

I applied for a Yes loan with them a week ago, they kept texting asking me to phone them which i did,i have phoned nearly every day,but if seems they have lost two sets of application forms, now they have taken the 49.00 pounds out my bank and haven't heard anything since. My advice stay away. There are companies that are a lot better with no admin fee

Yes Loans Personal Loans are awful. I only wanted a quote so put my details in. They then rang me and i told them i wasn't interested. They then rang me at least 2 times a day and text me every couple of days even though i told them i wasn't interested every time. This went on for a couple of weeks before they finally stopped. Pretty unbelievable, a terrible business.

I made an application with Yes Loans to be told I'd been accepted. I told the guy I didn't have the £49.50 that day and didn't get paid until the following week. He said I could give my card details so that if I wanted the loan it could be processed more quickly.I wish I hadn't been so stupid! The following week after receiving my wages the £49.50 had been taken from my account without me authorising them to do so!I am now still trying to get my money back as they told me to send an e ...

I applied for a loan online. they rang the next day, they said they could offer me the loan and talked about apr and repayments, and I would have the money in 4-5 days, all I had to do was pay the £49.50 admin fee. I knew I didn't have this amount in my account and told them I would ring back, The guy kept on at me for my card details, but at this point I was still unsure, I must've had about 12 calls on my landline and mobile the rest of the day. The next morning I received the paperwork ...
