    Good Points: none

    Bad Points: everything about them- disgraceful and we have 2 young children and they stole our money!

    General comments: i applied for a loan from YES Loans of £5000 as i was getting married. i applied and was told i had been offered a loan of £5000 and the re payment were $178 a month and after i paid a fee of £69 i would have the money transferred by 3 to 5 working days. I still have nothing but am out £70 ! i got offered by another loan company working for yes loans, for £3000 with another £350 fee a guaranture, and have to pay back £6000. it is a scam i was told i had been accepted what the repayments were and then paid my hard earned saved money now we have no wedding and are down £69 pound towards our fund... what for to be scammed i am seeking legal action. It may be a small amount but all the people out there those 70 pounds all add up we obviously couldnt afford to loose the money or we wouldnt be searching for a loan. YES LOANS ARE A DISGRACE!!!

    I filled out a YES Loans Personal Loan application over then internet and soon as i clicked submit my phone was ringing, i spoke to a lady over the phone who made it sound like i was the perfect customer everything was accepted and just sign the document she was sending me.     i have bad credit and was ment to bee taking my bf on holiday for our 1 year annaversary so looked for a YES loan applied here got accepted and was verry happy !! after paying the £60 fee i realised you dont get the money from them they are a broker and cant make people give you a loan so when they say your accepted your rele not !! i never got a loan from these and also i dissapointed my bf they were verry rude always on hold for about 45 mins b 4 u speak 2 someone and then they just pas ...

    DO NOT TRY YES LOANS!!!I phoned yes loans yesterday i only wanted a quote as i dont have bad credit rating. They asked me for my bank details to hold to take the admin fee of £69.50 and confirmed this would only be taken once i had received my qoute through the post and i had agreed to accept it.     YES Loans took my admin fee without a confirmed loan in place though made it sound like there was...when I decided not to take the loan was told that I would have to wait a month for a cheque....over a month later I haven't received anything and spending time and money ringing to chase them!

    if you read their terms and conditions you can get your £69.50 fee back within 30 days if you are not happy with the loan and terms they give you, yes you have to write to them at the address given on their terms and conditions sheet, and the fee is fully refunded. It clearly says this on the paperwork before you sign and send back your application.

    had a very bad experience like most writers with YES Loans Personal Loans. Messed about huge fees bad customer services etc they are on x-ray the bbc programme (a bit like watchdog). They are also selling customers details to a parent company and taking out dd's even when they have not agreed it. I am very glad I never took a loan out with them.

    YES Loans Personal Loans just called offering me Just what i needed, the red flag was raised when the advisor asked for my card details at which point i hung up...jokers...STAY WELL AWAY!

    applied for a loan with yes finance, got the letter through the post the next day, but i didnt feel comfortable with them, so i done some research online and seen all these reviews on here, so i rang up yes finance to cancel my application, got onto one of the employees, who started talking my details, then told me she would pass me on to the correct person to deal with me... i was on hold for 15 mins and still no answer.... would not recommend yes finance...

    ok, so the YES Loans Personal Loans company description states even ccj's are no problem. so my girlfriend who has no bad debts or marks against her name has made an application... they are happy to tell you that they have found you a provider for your loan and that all credit checks have gon through, then you pay your arrangement fee and when it has cleared you are told that unfortunately your application has fallen through at the last stages. then for getting your money back....... you have to ...

    YES Loans Personal Loans tricked me into paying the fee as I explained that I had a loan already with thier primary lender and manged debts and they 100% confirmed that this would not be a problem. The loan was then rejected, surpirse surpirse it was exactly for the reasons that explicitly told them! It took 6 months of arguing to get my money back.

    thanks guys, i was nearly fooled today , what got me to come online to check the review about yes loan was it just sounded too dodgy. she will not provide answers and tried to dodge questions, all she was interested in was me paying the fee of 65 pounds. i was being transferred to another so called broker the line went dead, called back and all the lady was she can not go on until i pay i said then forget about it, i stayed on the fone for 15 min (0845) from a mobile and i just hanged up. then c ...

    as everyone else i was turned down for a Yes loan in January 09 its now the end of may and no refund of £60! so unhelpful and rude the lady i spoke to called me a liar! as they sent me a letter stating that i would recieve a refund in 14 days i did not and she then said its 30days its actually been 36days then she changed it to 30 working days? ? terrible service should be closed down!!!

    applied for a load, had the usual yes no problem sir, give me some money, foolishly paid. Asked for a refund, recieved a letter saying your refund will be with u in 28 days. right ok not too bad, 2 months later no refund and cannot get through to YES Loans Personal Loans customer services.

    Yes Loans obviously means NO.I was offered a loan for £6500 and had to pay a broker fee over the phone. I paid the £69.50 and they agreed the payments.They then asked for a guarantor.I said it would be fine and they sent the papers.However,they came as 2 different amounts with 2different agreements.When i rang again (i had been on hold for 40mins on 2 seperate occasions)they said that was the terms and i shouldnt have signed if i didnt like it.I asked for a refund of the fee and th ...
