1st time at using ABC models and i must say i am very pleased with them,the items i ordered were on pre-order.

This was a new kit due to come into the country,the kit was delade due to the shipping company but ABC kept me updated via e-mail and as soo as the kit arrived at the shop they were shipped out.

My kit was despatched on the 7th of March and arrived at my address by the 8th of March.

I also had the chance to visit the ABC stall at a local model show and was very suprised by the variety of different items they had for sale.

I recieved my latest order from Paul the following day after I recived my dispatch notice.

Dealt with ABC models on numerour occassions at shows and on the internet. You always get fast and friendly service, very helpful too.

If the items are not in stock or you don't see them he will get them in for you.

Ordered the extractor hose extension kit and 2 filters for the AB500 EXPO portable spray booth. All arrived promptly as pre-advised and well packaged too. Have bought from Pau/ABC at a variety of model fairs in the past. This was my first on-line purchase from ABC , it won't be the last. The kit works brilliantly by the way.It's a killer product at this price.

Ordered my Iwata from Phoenix, Arizona on a Thursday and it was in my hands here in Phoenix on Monday! The service and communications with Paul were impeccable and the airbrush arrived in perfect condition. He has a customer for life with service like this! I had to wait until ABCmodesport had my item in stock, however as soon as they received stock my item was despatched the same day, items were well wrapped and my enquiries and communications were dealt with promptly, friendly and effectively. They are a superb little shop who clearly have the modeller at heart, I can recommend them without hesitation.

Good selection of model materials. Delivery a bit slow, however that is probably down to Royal mail.

I was looking for this model kit (Dml Sdkfz 234/2 Puma) for some time and finally located a kit at ABC Models. Their speed of service was excelent and I cannot falt them in any way.

One genuine guy who can be trusted. Paul also is keen to pass on his model building knowledge we is very helpful for novices like me.

Having ordered a Scimitar tank, it soon became apparent that I had infact placed the order incorrectly. I should have ordered a Warrior tank & found that Paul was ever so helpful in getting the shipment order recalled from Royal Mail & getting my new order out to me at no extra cost to me.
