General comments: I orderd tv 5 weeks ago and was shown as instock when i orderd but would you belive it a week later get an email from them saying tv out of stock..well after waiting 2 more weeks finally had enough and rang them.. They did not seem to care that i had been waiting 3 weeks for my tv but said they had sent it to the delivery firm and they would be ringing me soon.. Well another weeks gone by no tv. Rang again same story but they just didnt seem to care. Gave up now, so my advice is stear clear of companys like this - they might be cheap but who cares if they dont deliver the goods.

No e-mail confirmation of order, despite calling to request one. Furthermore, contrary to what was claimed and agreed verbally, and is specified explicitly on their web site: - "....you will also receive a courtesy call one hour before the actual delivery will be made" VBS Logistics do not call you one hour before delivery, but anytime the driver feels like it before turning up. Very poor!

Ordered Panasonic plasma tv on Sunday at 12.30pm it was delivered at 9.30 am on Thursday morning as stated in email.
The price was the cheapest I could find on the internet and the overall service was excellent.
Would recommend this company based on my own experience.

Twice now I have had to have my girlfriend stay in all day to wait for the Flat Screen ordered from Digital Direct. At no point has anyone called to say there might be a problem. The first time I rang and said it didn't arrive, I was offered no apology whatsoever, but told that it would definitely be there Friday AM. Friday lunchtime came and went, no TV! Again I called, and nothing close to an apology was offered. I still don't have the TV. I will certainly be avoiding that shop in future.

Ordered the TV late Friday. Payment taken straight away 2 emails followed saying order placed any the second stated I would be contacted by VBA Logistics about delivery. Message on mobile left on Monday morning from VBA logistics telling me they had received the paperwork from Digital Direct and would contact me 48 hours before delivery. I ordered a TV, Home Cinema kit and TV stand from Digital Direct. Paid extra for a 2 day delivery.
The stand and the Home cinema kit showed up BUT NO TV.. I had to chase them for the best part of a day (Dont get me started on there awful telephone system where only 1 person must run all the departments!!) they finally chased it down to being lost at the depot and sent another one, this arrived 2 days later and the next day broke!!!!

I have ordered a Sony 40" V2000 LCD with stand and a free DVD recorder on Wednesday 20 December and was told I get them on the 22. In fact all items were in Crewe depo by 6.47 on the 22 but the carrier said due to Xmas overload they would deliver at 11 am on the 23, which they did. Considering I made a considerable saving, this was an excellent service by any standard and I recommend them to you all. I will buy from them in future if price is right. Many thanks DD. After reading other reviews on various websites I was dubious about ordering from DigitalDirect.co.uk. But their price was worth the risk. Which paid off very well as the entire transaction was faultless. There was a quiet moment between the order confirmation and the phone call from the delivery firm, but that was all expected as it was laid out perfectly on the order confirmation. A+ and would recommend.

I bought a television from Digital Direct online (which was a bargain). I went through the online checkout (and I'm not a dithering old granny, I'm a web designer), and it gave me a total cost for the television PLUS VAT and P&P, so I pressed confirm, and I thought everything would be fine.
A few days later I was checking my online bank account and noticed that the amount taken out from Digital Direct was more than I had agreed to pay.
