    I purchased a Denon DM37 and asked if I could pick it up in the store, we don't have one they said. Oh okay so your just an online retailer I replied... YES...

    I proceeded to the checkout and they wanted £20.00 for postage. Watch their prices as they will sting you with unreasonable postage charges.

    On a positive note their web site is quick and easy to navigate.

    "I ordered an £800 Sony TV from Digital Direct, I was told 7 - 10 days for delivery, I contacted them after 11 days as TV had not arrived only to be told that I had incorrectly been assigned a weekend delivery and had been incorrectly charged extra for this. I waited another 3 weeks making various phone calls enquiring about a delivery date only to be told that they expected me to wait another 2 weeks before they could guarantee a delivery date.     This retailer is unbelievable. Unbelievably bad! It took well over a month for me to receive my TV, and yes, that's a month after they took my payment. When the TV did eventually turn up, surprise surprise the stand was not there. I called them up and they said they "forgot" to put it on my order, even though I paid for it! Had I not called up I am sure the stand would never have turned up. On the topic of calling up, I called them at least 3-4 times a week after the "10 working days" specified ...

    placed order on 19th October told max 7 working days....claimed tv was in stock at there warehouse in the midlands. Finally talked to someone in customer services and they advised it would be delivered 5th November!!! 3 weeks later and 2 wasted days off work!!!ORDER CANCELLED i would advise against placing an order with this company.

    Do not use this company. Your money will be taken straight away regardless of actaul stock levels, and assurances about delivery will be provided, but reneged on. Repeatedly. Eventually you will lose patience and ask for a refund. This is promised within 5-7 working days, it took them 11 but only because I rang them practically every day.     Ordered my 37" Panasonic plasma TV online Sunday evening from digital direct. A bargain I couldnt resist, nearly £200 less than Currys. But couldn't log back into the site using my email address after reading the reviews here so I was thoroughly dis-heartened.     Digital Direct are the worst retailer I have ever come across. Ordered a TV because it was cheaper than anywhere else. BIG MISTAKE. Has been 6 weeks and it still hasn't arrived. I have called every week and got the same response "We will send you an email in the next few days confirming your delivery date". Even worse, they dare to charge £50 for "delivery" and told me that if I wanted to cancel and get a refund, the delivery charge would not be refunded! Please everyone, save yourself the ...

    Digital Direct Advised up to 2 weeks for delivery via telephone, delivered within that time. Extremely happy with purchase.

    I am still waiting for delivery after 20 days from Digital Direct, even though money has been cleared from my account. I would avoid this company - sometimes offers are too cheap!

    My wife and me looked around for a LCD TV, our first choice was a Sony 37'' but the retail price was £250 above our budget, on top of this we needed a stand as well. After looking online we came across Digital Direct, I had a look at all the reviews submitted by other users, and I must confess this nearly put me off.     Ordered product. Digital Direct were unable to supply and did not meet several promised dates. We cancelled the order which they acknowledged but they did not refund money and we have chased several times. Still no refund.

    DIGITAL DIRECT SECURITY - Excellent firm to buy from.

    I have to completely disagree with the first review on Digital Direct Security, especially with regard to customer service.
    I wanted CCTV at home - I wanted to fit it myself and I wanted advice.     Dealt with Digital Direct loads of times with no hassle ( it does help to talk to them first ) as computers and standard information posted on sites can vary.

    I ordered my Panasonic TH-37PX80B from DigitalDirect. The order was placed on Tuesday evening about 21:00 after finally making my decision. I was emailed on Wednesday to confirm the order had been accepted and my credit card was being passed to security checks. I was then emailed on Thursday saying the TV had been shipped to the courier and was due for delivery on the Friday!
