must admit both customer service and delivery to my home was excellent, well done uttings. one thing i would like to say revolves around the delivery charge. i think the advert in shooting sports magazine should carry the range of delivery charges. i was not advised of the charge at time of ordering,and didnot at the time have access to the web site. perhaps uttings can take the nesessary steps to rectify this, accepting not all customers will indeed have a pc or access to one. however the product exceeds my expectations as viewed as a small picture in a magazine.i would not hesitate to use uttings again especially as i now have access to the web site. by the way the product was a beretta take down case. i feel cretins will not now be so aware of what i am lifting in and out of the boot of my car and want to deprive me of it.

They do sell excellent products at a reasonable price. When there was a problem with the product I bought, they were very slow to respond, I had to pay the £11 postage for the return MYSELF and one month on, I am STILL waiting for the promised replacement.It is difficult to get any help, they just don't seem bothered, even though it's a manufacturer fault and the actual manufacturer told me that replacing the faulty product would not be a problem. I really am not impressed.

Its a one stop shop. You could spend hours searching the net for better prices, but then you would only save a pound of two.
No, as far as it goes, it is a Teso versus a corner shop debate, but I am happy to do all my business in one place.

I would recommend them to anyone who's into shooting, for the following reasons:

Navigation of the Uttings website is easy. Even the most computer illiterate people can find what they're looking for with ease.

Variety. Uttings stock a whole load of different products.

Pricing. Prices are very reasonable, and there are always items on sale or on special offer.

The catalogue is growing, and you should constantly check back to see what new things have been added, and which items are on ...

I have been looking at the Utting's web site for a few years now, umming and ahhing on what gun to buy. The navigation on the website is not brilliant, but that can be ignored as the range of goods and the prices are second-to-none. I have contacted them by email a few times with questions regarding air rifles and accessories, and they have answered the questions in a polite and thorough manner.
