I made use of their local pick up point for a small order. I telephoned in the morning and paid for a tin of air gun pellets of a particular type that were not available at any local gun shop. They called me back later that day to say they were ready for collection. I parked outside, popped in and rang the bell and was greeted with a jiffy bag containing the pellets and my receipt. I had been looking for a new gun slip for a while when I notice that BSA made one that would fit my hw100kt perfectly without removing the muzzle every time I wanted to wrap my gear up. The FX 4 stage pump in simple to put together. You just bolt on the the base plate, make short you put the particulate filter in, which is a .177 cleaning felt. So easy to get a replacement. There are washer seals to go between all the meal to metal fittings on the hose. Pumping up your rifle is a bit difficult the first time as the pumps bedding in, but the next time is very straight forward. I have Ankylosing Athritis and I manage fine with the pump. It takes about 3/4 minutes to pump up... (read more)

I purchased a pair of walking shoes from Uttings. They didn't fit so I returned them at a cost of £11 to me - this I accept as a cost of online ordering. Uttings received them 48 hours after they posted them to me and took over a week to refund me. When they eventually did refund me they tied to wriggle out of their UK Distance Selling obligation to refund the 'dispatch to me' postage too (I realise that they are only obliged to refund the cost of dispatch postage to me).
