Items were fairly easy to find on the site but when you wanted to take a better look at a larger image and pressed the icon to do so the image it gave you was no different than the on all ready looked at. If I could have seen a bigger image of certain items I would have probable spent more money. (read more)

After paying a premium for my items to be delivered next day - they then did not arrive........ upon calling the company at 4pm they informed me that my items had not been dispatched because i did not prove my age!!!!! (this is for a scope and x 1 pack of pellets!) I was not informed i needed to do so until 9am that morning through email! They had my phone number but did not contact me. Have used it to zero my scopes on my air rifle and air gun.It has a front height adjustment and the rear is adjustable to accommodate the length of the rifle or can be removed and used to accommodate guns.It is very stable and robust and easily cleaned.Have also used it to carry out repairs/adjustments to my air rifle.Very versatile piece of kit.Can not fault it at all. “damaged pellets”

I bought 5 tins of pellets , and i,m on 2nd tin 40% of pellets around the skirt were in some way damaged , i don,t know if i was given old stock but i,m not impressed . Its only because this is a new rifle and will need a couple of thousand pellets through it to run it in, these pellets were advised to me by sandwell field sports where it was tuned the tin of pellets given to me were far superior to the ones supplied by uttings . very disappointed. Thank you for your comments and I am sorry that the pellets you received are damaged. It is difficult to tell from your post whether you have already contacted us about this to allow us to rectify the problem for you?
Despite our best efforts to minimise damage in transit with packaging, unfortunately, our couriers are not always as gentle with parcels as we would like and of course, the lead pellets are relatively soft and damage to them does sometimes occur through being shaken within the tin.
I would like to assure you that we would not have intentionally sent out damaged pellets as it just costs us extra time, effort and packaging in replacing them again. Please could you contact us if you have not already done so and we can get some more pellets despatched to replace these ones.

The FX 4 stage pump in simple to put together. You just bolt on the the base plate, make short you put the particulate filter in, which is a .177 cleaning felt. So easy to get a replacement. There are washer seals to go between all the meal to metal fittings on the hose. Pumping up your rifle is a bit difficult the first time as the pumps bedding in, but the next time is very straight forward. I have Ankylosing Athritis and I manage fine with the pump. We only source our products from manufacturers directly or official stockists and, while we undertake a degree of quality control before despatching items, it is not practical (in terms of time) for us to make a thorough inspection of every item prior to sending out and, on occasions, faulty or damaged items do unfortunately get despatched.
If you have not done so, please do contact us and we can make arrangements to replace the knife for you.
