Good Points: If you are looking for a girly, romantic novel with a thoughtful, and happy ending this is a good book for you.

Bad Points: As the synopsis (at the back of the book) and beginning of the story states and starts with the most significant event, the novel is largely predictable.

General comments: I enjoyed this book, it made me laugh and was very sad at times too. It was quite a thoughtful read and whereas it is aimed at women, if men were to read this, it would make them think about the tragedy of grieving and what a woman has to go through in everyday life. If; like me, you are a hopeless romantic you will find it very sad. If you're not you might be cycnical to the oh-so-perfect relationships described in this novel-lets face it, although its lovely in a story life isn't always like that. I would recommend women give it a try anyway.

I'd reccomend it, both myself and my mom read it and even though there was a big difference in age, we both really enjoyed it. Worth reading.

Really enjoyed this book - bought it because Cecelia is so young and wanted to find out how good a writer she is - very like Maeve Binchy books easy to read but full of quality research and very human. Well Done!!!

I read PS I love you by Cecilia Ahern shortly after it came out, and I have to admit that it is one of the BEST books I have ever read. Cecilia has a rare and beautiful talent of captivating people and drawing their attention in the most beautiful ways! I felt Holly's pain all the way throughout the story, and I also have to admit that I cried a little. It was such a heart touching and beautiful story!! Well done Cecilia, and keep up the hard work!! Your very very gifted and talented!

Cecilia Ahern, PS I Love You - With each page Holly comes to life you can't help but be touched. Cecelia Ahern's sensitive writing is inviting and you feel compelled to turn another page. She desribes life after losing a loved one perfectly. I love the way Holly's family and the relationships within it are described, everyone knows a family like it and that's the best bit, you can relate to everything that is written. If you don't laugh out loud, hang your head in embarassment or cry while readi ...

Cecilia Ahern, PS I Love You - This was the best book that I have read all year. I'm a great fan of all Irish authors, and Cecilia Ahern was fantastic. Please keep up the good work and let us have another piece of your magic. Also, I would point out that I have never written a review before, but I was compelled to when I finished the book.
