Good Points: Fantastic choice of menu.
Friendly staff.
Bad Points: Gets very busy at times
General comments: We have eaten there several times and every time we have had a great meal. The place gets very busy at times but the staff really seem to step up a gear and manage to make us feel welcome.

Tootsies is one of the most overpriced "chain" restaurants we have visited. The food is just about average, and the service OK. They are meant to specialise in hamburgers and other American food. To add injury to insult they add an automatic 12.5% service charge to the bill, which is excessive for this type of establishment, and adds considerably to already overpriced bill.
