Good Points: Lets you get out your frustrations. Some people respond to those who ask for serious help. Some stuff is pretty funny, especially politics and romance. There is nothing objectionable on the site.
Bad Points: Sometimes hard to navigate through the site.
General comments: I have seen people get serious responses to serious issues on the igotissues website. It can be quite humorous to read some of the things people complain about. A pretty good idea.
