    Having just returned from this Hotel with a large group of 27 ladies. The rooms for group bookings leave a lot to be desired. 4 shared a room which consisted of twin beds and a double camp bed. The air con dripped all night. Rooms smelt due to the drainage problems. Only 2 cups for 4 people. Cockroaches where visable in the dining area and rooms. Lifts are really bad.The pool smelt if you ever found it on the 7th floor.Staff were friendly. Would def not recommend this Hotel and will not be returning. Not worth the all inclusive we paid. As the town was very cheap to eat out and drink in.

    I liked the Magic Cristal Park so much. Enjoyed the view from my verranda, also the service.

    The only bad points were the puddings as I am a big fan of sweets other then that it was perfect and it should be a 4 star hotel.

    The Magic Cristal park Hotel in Benidorm is part of the Amigos group, which allows you free use of 12 hotels in Benidorm. This includes all your drinks, food and entertainment. You can just walk into any of them with your all inclusive card and get anything you want. What a find from Direct holidays - all in for less than £250 (flights and transfers included).
