This is the second time we have flown with EuroCypria, and this time was a lot worse. When booking our flights through Olympic holidays I had the choice of paying for an extra 5kg luggage allowance, allowing 20kg in total, and also £10 for an in flight meal. I opted for neither of these which was a good job because they allowed 20kg anyway and everyone on the plane was provided a meal free of charge. The plane was late to board, even when we were called to the departure gate we stood for a ...

Well, where to begin. When the plane turned up at the airport it looked about ready for scrap. The seats were ok but could've been better. The return journey was dreadful!!!! To start with, we were last to check in. They had put all 8 of us on various seats around the plane!!. They said it was our fault for being late. The in-flight entertainment was dreadful. The could only be bothered to play to safty-film and no movies!! On the whole, Eurocypria was RUBBISH!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well!! My first impressions of Eurocypria were not good! We got delayed 18 HOURS flying out which lost a day off our holiday - not good at all! But they did put us in a hotel and provide all meals which was good.

After this thought i was impressed, good comfy flight, friendly staff, got meals included which was ok! Inflight entertainment ok - had simpsons, marley and me! so was quite good.

I probably would fly with them again but just hope we didnt have the huge delay!!

First time for flying with Eurocypria.
Would we fly with them again?
Only if they have a review of their check in staff and give them full training on how to do their jobs properly.

Only 3 lanes at Larnaca open to check in 189 passengers. Staff were extremely slow and so they opened another 2 lanes after 1hour and 15 minutes, leaving our family at the end of a queue. The check in lady then proceeded to give me a boarding card to Glasgow which caused total pandamonium as we were the last famil ...

I flew to Larnaca many years ago when Eurocypria was first launched. We were really pleased with the standard of service, aircraft and professional staff. Surprised by some of the reviews and hoping things are good as we are due to fly with them again this year, this time with children.

Just back from holiday to Cyprus, flew from Dublin flight was the best ever didn't even realise we had landed until everyone started to clap.
I have a major fear of flying after suffering a panic attack a number of years ago but would definetly fly with eurocypria airlines again.

We booked a holiday to Larnaca flying out with Eurocypria on the 18th April, Well......... we ended up with a 21 hour delay due to a technical fault with the aircraft which in my opinion wasn't the main issue i have with Eurocypria. Due to the lack of information, being made to wait around for hours on end with no information at all, the amount of lies told to us was a complete joke and there was no rep from eurocypria to look after us, which began to make all the passengers extremley angry an ...

My husband and I have just returned from Cyprus where we flew, as part of a package deal, with Eurocypria. Hadn't used them before. Will not use them in future. We checked in at the airport two hours before the flight only to be told when we went through the gate for boarding that our seats had been changed. When asked why I was told that a family had pre booked seats together and they had two small children approx 2 years old and they couldn't be split up. I pointed out that there seats should ...

I flew from Gatwick to Paphos. Our flight was scheduled to depart at 10.40am from Gatwick. When we arrived at Gatwick and checked the departure board, there was no such flight listed. It took us a number of enquiries and much searching to locate a Eurocypria desk where we discovered our flight was very delayed. We were driven to an airport hotel where a room and lunch and dinner were provided. We were returned to the airport at 20.30 hours. Our flight was now shown with a departure time of 22.40 ...

I am a single mother of two and have a lot of problems keeping both children occupied for 5 hours. On my flight from exeter to larnaca crew were VERY helpful and kind.Showed extra care, gave priority to the children when it came to pillows, blankets and colouring books. The kids had a great time especially with one funny cabin crew

We had requested vegetarian meals filled out another form on our outward journey. Still didn't get one, instead for breakfast we received a bread roll containing thin slice of cheese and ham, and told quite severely that everyone was eating the same.

I have just returned from a trip to Larnaca, cyprus I have travelled many times using different carriers, this was the first time that I had been with Eurocpria. I had no problems at all and in general I had no complaints to be honest. I was surprised to have a meal as it seams common place with other carriers this is extra. I would definitely fly with them again

On Sunday 5th October we flew from Heraklion Crete to Stansted. Our holiday in Crete was brilliant. Our Thompson reps at the airport were very helpful, thank goodness. Heraklion airport was dirty and chaotic. The flight with Eurocypria was the worst part of our holiday. Seats were cramped and the food was disgusting, it was service without a smile. We would never fly with them again

Good points, can't think of any. bad points, late departure and return flights. Airline treated return delays as funny. Baggage took one hour to get to us on return journey. Meals not worth it. Return boarding was chaotic. I could go on.....Will never use them again.

Came back on Saturday, went from London to Larnaca with Eurocypria. It was a self catering package holiday with Olympic holidays to the Makronissos village resort in Ayia Napa. Holiday was fantastic but the flight, well, the planes were uncomfy and dirty, the food was terrible. The staff were unfriendly and there was no in flight entertainment. Very disappointed, I would never fly with this airline again

I recently flew with Eurocypria to Larnaka from Gatwick on the 2nd July on flight ECA 887 during the flight there was no tv on and the crew didn't smile once. But on the way home on the 16th July all the staff were friendly there was films ad cartoons we got pudding with our meal and the service was great, it felt like 1st class thanks Eurocypria for a great ending to our holiday.

On Sunday 6th April my wife and I were due to fly with Eurocypria from London Gatwick on flight ECA935 to Pathos at 11:30.

Due to snow and other reasons the flight was actually delayed by almost 25 hours.

During all of our delay at Gatwick airport we were offered neither food or drink vouchers. The airline refused to pay for hotel accommodation during our enforced stay at Gatwick.
