Had a few cars from Wilsden Autos and they have always looked after me. No problems. The cars are all good. The finance is not complicated and good value.

I have had many dealings with different car dealers but never one like this. The Wilsden Autos staff are totally incompetant giving wrong fiqures, trying to charge for something unrelated, can not be honest when asked a direct question. In my opinion they give you the run-around. It has taken 4-days to get the paperwork sorted. When asked to speak with the manager, the sales person said he was the manager strange! However, when put to him their sales tatics his response "Don't bother then" I res ...

Wilsden Autos is a nice garage with lots of different cars. Just bought a car and delighted with it. I had seen a lot of cars before buying this one and wished I had gone there first. No messing about, and no trying to sell me stuff that I don't want.

I bought a car from Wilsden Autos in Nov and it is the best car showroom I have ever dealt with in the 6 years I have been driving. You are under no pressure even when you ask for the keys to look inside the cars. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I was so happy with the service provided that for other members of my family have bought cars from them. Recommended to take a look round there is something for everyone.

This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Wilsden Autos and won't be the last! I have had problems with independent garages and large well known ones but any problem that occured was dealt with in a professionel manner. I also like the fact that when I needed a repair doing to my car I dealt with a mechanic face to face who explained everything to me without patronising me.
    All round good, honest service.

Have bought cars before for myself and children and will continue to buy. Always a pleasure to deal with and always honest which is very hard to find in the motor industry these days.

You can't test drive on a weekend as they don't have enough staff and in my opinion the staff they do have are incompetent.
Don't try to talk to the director because his son who is the mechanic who will be mending your beloved purchase will claim to be the director when the real director is never available because he's probably out spending your money!

Car was stripped of part when we collected it, it also had a problem with a 'lumpy tickover' and no power, the car was taken back at least twice. When we took the car for its first service the garage (not Wilsden Autos) found that the 'lumpy tickover', and lack of power was a head gasket broken. We contacted Wilsden Autos but were told that the problem was ours and although they would repair the car, we had to pay the parts. If I did it all again, I would have gone for an AA or RAC inspection an ...

It makes a refreshing change to be left alone to look at a car or cars at Wilsden Autos in Bradford. It was nice not to have the hassle of an ever present sales person.
