    I discovered Marapets.com in 2007 when I clicked on an ad while playing Neopets. I had already spent 4 years as a player there and was not pleased about many things. I was frustrated mostly about the amount of neopoints I'd get from the flash games. Playing them over and over, and over; didn't seem to make my neopoints grow enough! On top of the fact that the limit of 1000 neopoints per game and I only had like 5 favorites, I wasn't interested in any of the other flash games in the site. Repetitive activities, plus a Tombola that rarely gives you something worth visiting for. Neopets constantly kept changing the ratio of neopoints for their flash games, that is absolutely annoying! And spammers and scammers were reported and nothing was ever done about them. Tired of all that, Marapets was the best choice, it has everything Neopets has, plus you are indeed listened to when you report problems and scammers! Marapets has a SPAM forum, where spammers can post without hurting anyone! Not to mention the Adult Forum, where adults can speak about more serious subjects, exchange news, weather gossip, consult things about college, and lately there was a person who wanted input about publishing a book! The community is very strong and it is hard to leave the fun to be anywhere else in the web frankly!

    Marapets is a fun free and safe virtual pet website. Lots to do on Marapets, and its really easy for new coming members to understand. You can make a virtual pet take care of it feed it play with it and earn up "money" wich is fake virtual money or like points that is called Mp wich stands for Mara ppoins.     Marapets banned some of their best members for no reason most of the time!Marapets has too many errors and viruses that mess with your computer..If you see the loading from marapets and others well really it isnt your computer at all since other websites go so much faster and cleaner unlike marapets it just goes slow and sometimes messes it ALL up!I have gotten banned for no reason..I just logged in and it said I was banned..I have mailed staff mulitple times and they NEVER reply to your help ne ...

    I'm absolutely addicted to the Marapets site. Could use a little work in some areas before it is up to standard with Neopets, but to tell you the truth I never play neopets anymore. Very secure and fun sight for kids, but also has a lot of content for adults, a must try.

    Marapets is fun and active. You don't have to use your credit card to buy anything if you want to play, but if you want to, you can use Paypal and other methods to pay for rare items. All in all, I find that this is a lovely and addictive site.

    There are a lot of people who are willing to help new members, there are lots of ways to make the currency, and the forums are generally active. Staff is always on hand to help with any problems they can. Any topics or members that are disrespectful ...

    Marapets has a lot of different choices for animals and you can have 12 pets which is way more than on neopets.
    There are a lot of missions and fun activities
    Many Dailey's to do and I NEVER GET BORED
    This is a good site and i would recommend it to anyone. While i did say that it constantly crashes while upgrading, it is done being upgraded for a while.
    Also there is easily given account Upgrade points. Once you have been a member for so long, you get account upgrade points.

    Not many to speak of anymore. The staff are fine, the games are fine when working, it is a fun place to hang out when the site is working.
    The site as a whole has not been working for any length of time in my opinion since it first opened. I have been a member since almost the beginning and it seems the site always has major problems as far as I am concerned, server crashes, errors, glitches and the like. I always hear the site will be better and all problems will be fixed. That has not happened ...

    The site offers multiple forum boards which can be fun but get a little crazy at times because of the lack of quality moderation, I tend to find that the other players are left to enforce the basic rules of posting which they do in their own inpolite manner which can get irratating if you are one of the many 'older' players on the site.

    Its really addicting, loads of fun and im never bored. Easy for new people.
    I just have to say that its better than neopets. I do go on neopets, and lately ive been disappointed. It all revolves around upgrades. Mara is fun for everybody, and the pets don't take up all of your time.

    I mostly don't like that sometimes there marapets causes viruses it seems for me. My computer is the fastest in my neighbourhood so it can't be my computer that's making the internet "not respond". But once you've played the games in the arcade you'll find out these "interruptions" are worth it. If your child throws a fit while playing the game your child probably isn't old enough. Mainly if your stretching the ages I would say the ages your child would probably want to play marapets in is eight ...

    The graphics and games are nice.
    Server errors a lot, and a lot of people are unhelpful I have found, and a lot of people seem to be what I call "cheats" in my opinion. Staff have also been unhelpful in my experience when I have enquired about this, for example I think some have multiple accounts... Until all the above is sorted out I personally do not recommend Marapets.com due to my experience.

    Great community features. The forums and clubs are great for making friends who have the same interests as you. Plus, you get your own virtual money, a shop, a house, pets, a doll to dress up however you want, a profile, a website and LOADS more which makes marapets so ADDICTING O.< I was up for 24 hours on it once (To me that's a good thing) I love this site, as it's let me make a ton of new friends, and having your own money to spend is so awesome! I'd recommend it to anyone!

    It is a far easier site to play on and find your way around. The people are very helpful to newcomers to introduce them to the site and what there is to do.
    There are many quests, goals, games to be played. And if you belong to a club or start your own, they also have their own contests as well. Absolutely love this site.
    I quit neopets to join this site as it is far easier to play on than neopets.

    Mara pets is very good and every age will enjoy it, There is goals for you to complete, You can have pets, Join now and you can see what is good. There are topic reporters, Mean members who think they are nice. People who dont care for other people.
    People quitting because they dont like newbies and newer members and some people quit because they cant reach their goal.

    Marapets is an amazing site I go on every day and love to play it. Right now im continuing onto my second year this September (as that ' s when my older account that was banned was created) Marapets is a very kid friendly site that even adults can enjoy. The best thing is threes not even because words they use a filter so that blocks them out. Knowing that I am safe form anything bad like stalkers makes me feel comfortable and very safe.     Marapets is good for all ages. I have many friends from the ages of 10-40. The pets look awesome, there are nice staff, a good 'world', easy to get to anything and every time on Marapets. I am totally addicted!

    Marapets is very addictive and fun for all ages.In time it will have a lot of new pets and worlds.
    Its an overall fun virtual pet site that lets anyone play, if you have a kid be sure to sign them up there real age so marapets can lock them from playing on forums, clubs and mailing other people.
