    I really like the Sig Sauer P229 air pistol. Its really good and easy to use. Its well built, easy to shoot and clean, its accurate and pretty easy to conceal. The only bad point I would say is the price.

    You can not go wrong with this gun. It is a pleasure to shoot and has that "To hell and back" reliability you can count on. I carry it in a Uncle Mike IWB holster (very inexpensive) at the r/s appendix position...hardly notice it's there and it conceals very nicely.

    SIG's are a longtime favorite of mine, they are over built and I've never worried about wearing one out. They like oil and lots of use. Great value, If you buy only one, make it a Sig Sauer, because you'll pass it on to your children, and they to theirs.P229 - .40s&wP229 - .357 sigP220 - .45 acpp220 - .400 corbonOne for every occasion.

    I bought a Sig Sauer P229 cal. 40SW after first buying a 229s in .357 Sig. The 229Sport was so accurate and reliable I started selling my other handguns and replaced them all with Sigs. The 229 is fairly compact, ultra reliable and accurate. The short sight radius makes this gun less accurate for me than my 226, but that is an expected trade off for a more compact pistol.     The Sig Sauer P229 .40 cal/357 Sig gun is awesome!! I have the .40 cal barrel, and the 357 sig barrel. The 357 sig round is a bottle necked .40 cal shell to a 9mm bullet. It is super fast and very hard hitting. I would recommend this handgun to everyone, new or experienced.
