    Good Points: Sunbeds always available, water readily available by the bottle, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness, food, weather, animation


    Bad Points: Nothing - does going home count?


    General comments: I have stayed in numerous all inclusive hotels around the world and many in Egypt and this is by far the best. I have been twice in the last year and booked to go back again next year - sooner if possible. This has got to be the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in and the food is pretty good too. I cannot understand how people can write negative comments about this hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly and whilst others have mentioned reception, I found them courteous and helpful at all time - especially so when my friend had to fly home unexpectedly and I stayed on for the rest of the holiday. This is meant to be a holiday - enjoy it and from someone who has just come back from a building site classed as a 5* hotel this is place is amazing!

    I would not recommend Dana Beach. Poor staff, even worse food. Animation team was the worst of the worst!

    Never seemed crowded. No rush for sunbeds. Exceptionally clean. Very efficiently run. Staff very helpful. Great pools and good beach. Good quality and selection of food. Decent drinks (incl wine).
    Reception not prepared for our arrival, we had to sit and wait without attention for over half an hour after a long days travel.
    No information given on arrival or in room on TV, Air Con or use of safe. Telephone & TV not working on arrival (but fixed very quickly after reporting). Spacious room, shame ...

    We booked a week at the Dana Beach in Egypt with Dial Direct Travel. The agent was very helpful, and we had a wonderful week. We did have a flight delay of 2 hours, but it was worth it in the end. Will be going back soon.
