Good Points: Great value for money when you look through the brochure or website.

Bad Points: Contact form on website didn't work, phoned spa and was told I would be phoned back, however, they didn't take my number so no call back. Called in at the spa to make a booking, details taken as spa was closed, even though website says it is open every day. Was promised a call back, not received. Emailed to make a booking but no response.

General comments: Was really looking forward to supporting a local business in order for me to have a birthday treat and had all gone well I would have gone for various treatments at Aqua Sante Spa, on a regular basis, e.g. manicure, waxing etc., with special relaxing treats every now and then. Am disappointed with the customer service, almost non existent, and now have to travel out of the county to get my treatments elsewhere.

Having been to a few spas this year, I have to say the Aqua Sante Spa was a treat! It is so comfortable because this isn't a huge mammoth spa, the staff all know your name. You have to try the spa for yourself. Fantastic atmosphere, great friendly staff, not expensive.

What was also interesting was that the spa uses real mineral water in the floatation pool. I had a 45 minute hydro pool treatment plus a massage for £70.00.

I found the Aqua Sante Spa well worth the money that I spent. The staff were friendly and pleasant and knew what they were doing and I had a thorough good time there. A happy customer!!!

From start to finish I had the most amazing experience at Aqua Sante Spa. The treatment menu was extensive enough for me to choose a treatment I thought I would really enjoy. The staff who answered the phone were friendly and informative and even recommended a treatment that would complement the one I had chosen. When I arrived I was made to feel really welcome.
