    I would definately use Paul Birtles estate agents again. I sold my house through them and bought through another local agent. The difference was amazing. Paul Birtles were very professional, I always had feedback on viewings that took place and when I received an offer they negotiated brilliantly and got me the best price they could in this difficult market. I bought through another local agent and they couldn't hold a candle to Paul and his staff. If I needed to find anything out about the chain, they knew more than the agent I was buying from - they were much more on the ball. I know loads of people who continually use Paul Birtles time and time again and I will be one of them. I know you can't please all the people all of the time but I bet 98% of the people who use this company would have no complaints at all.

    I used Paul Birtles estate agents to sell a house. There were no efforts made. When people rang up they would suggest other properties rather than market mine. On enquiries they made no effort to give the good points of the property or enlarge upon the details. On reflecting these points back to the owner he wasn't interested in discussing it.

    On viewing properties with them they let us into the property and then just stood there. They didn't show us round; explain anything, or enter in ...
