Good Points: very orangey!
Bad Points: very alcoholic!
General comments: It is absolutely delicious, but the fact that it's 40% proof does take your breath away a bit! For goodness sake, don't dilute it with lemonade - it's too sweet - but, like a good whisky, you can dilute with a little water if necessary. It goes bluish then. Of course, if you want a REAL blue liqueur, use blue curacao which is also orange flavoured but less alcoholic and has the added hilarity of turning your tongue blue!

Cointreau is madly potent! This Citrus tasting liqueur, made from orange peel can be enjoyed with Ice or with a mixer like lemonade.
Margarita:
Mix into a shaker with ice:
Cointreau
lemon juice
tequila
Strain into a salt rimmed
cocktail glass
..Add a slice of lime or lemon
Enjoy!
