Good Points: I failed to find any good points, I should have rated it zero to be honest.

Bad Points: Everything, scratchy material for the pitch, players are so light they fall over constantly, goalkeepers can barely move therefore are pretty useless, the new "stadium" design just gets in the way. The goals are not able to be attached to the pitch so easily end up out of place. The already attached, weighted corner pieces are useless, the pitch is wrinkled and cannot be flattened as a result of these silly add ons.

General comments: I bought this for my 3 sons, as a Subbuteo fan of the 90's I was so annoyed when I played this, why is there a silly design on the base of the new, useless players?? Surely the whole point of these was the ability to glide over the non scratchy pitch? Well this has now gone, my 4 year old likes it but lets be honest a 4 year old likes most things for at least a few days, the 8 year olds are wondering why I was so excited about them playing a game I loved which is now so bad I have even considered totally wasting the 30 quid by binning the lot!! I should have saved my money or bought some tins of SMA baby milk, after all it was more fun making stilts out of them than playing this new Subbuteo.

Not a footy fan myself but I find Subbuteo to be an intriguing strategical battleground. This is the closest I will ever come to playing the so called beautiful game and I find it to be stimulating. The game can take it's toll on the old fingers after a while so I wouln't advise on an all day session, but for short time this can be good.
