I was disappointed with it. I thought it was more undercooked than moist. Moisture should run all the way through this was only moist bottom center.

I always buy my christmas food shopping form Marks and spencers. They have the best range and although the prices are a bit higher I find that its definitely worth paying the extra for. The Marks and Spencer Luxury top Iced Christmas cake is absolutely delicious. Its got all the fruit you would expect and want and the icing is gorgeous. This is always the Christmas cake we choose to have in our house andit will be that way for a long time. (read more)

M&S Luxury Christmas Cake is one of the best fruit cakes I have ever eaten. It is moist, fruity and you can taste the brandy, which is just superb.
It nevers last long in our house, and the icing and marzipan are very nice aswell. A great treat for any unexpected visitors, it will certainly impress them.
It can be quite expensive, depending on the size you buy, but it is only once a year and it really is worth it!! High recommended.
