Good Points: Just to be there and see little bits of them
Bad Points: So far above the stage, thought we would have a large screen. Just gutted that we had no such screen , gutted, gutted and so gutted, have loved Il divo since their inception, bought all their cds, followed and watched them, just love what they do, but hey went to Barcelona to see them and got short changed. What a disaster, guess they are not in controle on what goes on with the light situation or the screen. Hope they might look at my problems re the barcelona concert or the people around them but i paid last oct 2008 £98.00 for the tickets and the whole trip cost me and my friend £1,200 to visit barcelona to see Il Divo as a pensioner it has almost bankrupted me, with resusal of my tickets at the door at Palau san jordi and was told i could not get in, i did get in and enjoyed the concert. Saw nothing would i do it again, no, its cheaper to buy the vidio of the group and save my pension
General comments: Just returned from a trip to Barcelona to see Il Divo. Well what a dissapoitment. The trip cost me and my friend 1,200, we knew our tickets which cost us £89.00 each were up in the gods but we were assured that wide screens would been in operation. Not so they had three wide screens, one small one on both sides showing the one member of il dive but strangly the largest one in the middle showed women in flowing white dresses nothing to do with the concert. We also had to cope with lights which blinded us, one minute orange then blue then green. well what can i say blinded by lights, could not ever see the men we came to see. A great experince and sadly the greatest let down. As a pensioner my greatest wish was to see Il Divo perform live, well i saw that in between my hand over my glasses as i was being blinded by the lights. What a great dissapoinment, i have followed these wonderful men since simon cowell gave them a life and what a lifebirth i just love Il Divo but this experience has tought me never to go to another concert as a pensioner i cauld never afford it again and more than anything i cannot afford the terriable dissapointment

Il Divo, Ancora is a beautiful blend of male voices that are a joy to listen to. I would like to see them make a cd with each singing a solo of one of their favourite songs.- Read Guest's review (40 words)

Il Divo has given us some sorely needed melodic, romantic music by persons who can actually sing. Mainstream music today is all cookie cutter, limp and inane or else it's loud and vulgar. These guys have given me something to listen to. Their voices are spectacular, they send chills down your spine.- Read Guest's review (59 words)

Il Divo's voices are in complete unison o the Ancora album. The sum of the parts makes for an extraordinary unforgettable CD. You may not understand the lyrics of the pieces sung in Italian or Spanish, but this will not prevent you from experiencing true genius.
I heard portions of the EL DIVO CD while visiting the Barnes & Noble book Store. I was instantly taken by the background music, which the Manager identified for me. I bought this CD on the spot, and I find it difficult to not constan ...- Read ntaft's review (179 words)

I love Il Divo. Translated, Il Divo means 'The Superstar', and without a doubt, that is exactly what this group are. In my opinion they are phenomenal. The first time I heard them I was astounded, and I can honestly say that I have never heard such amazing vocals.
Il Divo have had prodigious success worldwide, and I am hardly surprised, and even though a lot of their tracks are in Italian and Spanish, you will soon be singing along. They manage to turn classical music and well known tracks ...- Read cloud9's review (184 words and 1 comment)
