Good Points: Quick turnaround time, efficient customer service
Bad Points: Understaffed, opening hours.
General comments: I had been looking for a loan for a number of months, only to be declined, with no idea why. I was fortunate enough to be referred to a company called Best 4 Loans who took the time to look into my situation. It was found that my credit score was not as high as it should be in order to qualify for a loan with high street lenders, therefore they sought a lender that was willing to lend to people in my situation. Without their help I would have been none the wiser as to why I didn't qualify for a loan, Best 4 Loans staff were extremely helpful and efficient in providing a solution.
