    Good Points: The weather was lovely
    The staff were very friendly, and most of them spoke very good English
    The drinks were limited, but there are spirits available
    The rep was very helpful
    Very good value for money


    Bad Points: A little noisy at times with children and activities around the pool. It is not really the hotels fault. When we booked we did ask for somewhere quiet so it is more the travel agents fault.


    General comments: The staff at the SunBeach Caribbean World in Tunisia were very friendly, and most of them spoke very good English. The rep was very helpful too.

    I would go back again, as we had a great time.

    I went to the SunBeach Caribbean World resort with my husband, 9 year old son and 70 year old disabled parents. When we booked we requested a ground floor room for my parents, as mum walks with a stick and cannot manage stairs. They gave her a first floor room, and there was no lift. We did try to complain about the problem, but suddenly no one was able to speak English. MY mum spent most of the week in her room. The temp was 35 degrees, and the air conditioning did not work. You are miles away ...
