The Honda CBR 600 is superb. It was my first big bike after passing my test and I cannot fault it. The reliability is fantastic as is the build quality. It has impeccable road manners, very stable at high speed and is great through corners. It does lose out on long straights to 1,000 cc sport bikes, but will snap at their heals all day through the twisty corners. Long distance comfort isn't that great though. But at 12 years old, my CBR is as tight as a drum.

Honda CBR 600F is my first sports bike. I cant fault it really. Ive had it on the track and kept up 1ltr bikes and able to take them on the corners.

The build quality and Honda engineering is second to none. The standard set up with adjustments for your weight gives a grip and ride without many comparisons. For a 600 the bike is flexible, powerful and amazing to ride also very comfortable for touring. The best bike I have ridden in it's class.

The Honda CBR 600F does pretty much anything you ask for, a perfect bike for starters and for those who want to enjoy the ride on road then on tracks.Reliable and a tough bike . low on maintenance.Probably one of best allrounder in 600 seg till date.

I always have people waving, comments on how good it looks and sounds. Comfortable to sit on. I found that its quoted as doing 0-60 in 3.2 which I can believe as it hits 60 in first gear! I have dunlop sportmax tyres which i find brilliant, but others have Bridgestone bto's which have all had great reviews as well. Buy this bike and you wont want to sell it!

This is one of the finest sport tourers of all time, it has the best pedigree of all manufacturers, it is quoted as reaching a top speed of 155 mph and 0 to 60 in a mere 4.5 seconds, it is equally at home on track days as it is on the road, and it starts up every time you push on that little black switch...what more do you realy need?

My Honda CBR 600F is a amazing bike, really comfortable and good for everyday commuting. This is my second bike and I use it very frequently. I must say Honda have made an amazing bike. The engine is amazing and smooth. Good for a guy who wants to graduate small sports bikes but also who is looking for some street fun with his bike.

Have enjoyed my Honda CBR 600F; toured, scratched and commuted, it does it winter and summer without fault or complaint! (I have had 2 CBR 600 F's over the last 9 years). Modifications I have carried out are braided hoses, motad stainless downpipes, taller screen, crash bungs and autocom. This winter having had cold hands over previous winters have bought some Oxford handlebar muffs seem to be quite good but time will tell - but they are ugly! I do all the servicing which is fairly straight fore ...

This Honda was my second bike. First was a triumph TT600 but that was nicked. The only thing the TT was better on was stopping. I go out riding with a mate on the 600RR. The F sport is not quite as quick but is not far behind. I love the way it looks and the fact its a lot more comfortable than most of the 600's.

I have owned my Honda CBR 600F for nearly 3 years now, it was my first bike and have enjoyed the bigger Honda's so much I have just brought a Blackbird. What can I say, it a very predictable package, it is obvious why it has out sold others in its cat.

It is fun, comfortable and my mechanic used to say bullet proof.
I spent the minimum on it over the last 3 years, just tyres pads and oils.

Would recommend as a great starter bike for anyone, fast but not stupid and a great stable frame to ...

Good all round sports bike for anyone who wants a trouble free, well built 600. Apart from a few minor problems with the indicators (and I think that was down to the last owner), I have had no problems with mine. It does sound a lot better with the blue flame Evo exhaust. I have now fitted and a double bubble screen, which is a good Idea for anyone who like myself is 6ft, as it gets a bit windy on the fast bits otherwise.
If, like myself, you have been off bikes for a while or are looking for ...

I've had a 2002 Honda CBR 600F for a year now, and it really is a quality machine. It does pretty much everything asked of it, and it's all wrapped up in a practical package.

Unless you're a very focused rider and love your track days, there's no real reason to choose an S or RR model over the F model. Long bench seat, grabrail, centre stand, bungee points, and underseat storage make this a far more practical proposition without sacrificing much in the way of performance.

    A great first spo ...
