    Good Points: No good points as far as I am concerned.


    General comments: I have signed up this contract since February. Its now April 08, three months! I have not received any single DVD from them yet as far as I am aware. I kept writing to them, all their response was we are doing inventory, we deliver your rental shortly in my opinion! I want them refund to me? Therefore i do not recommend intelliflix.com.

    Waste of money and time for me personally. I have more than 50 titles in the queue and more than 100 in waiting list but I have not received a single title during last 5 months as far as I am aware. They were good for the first 3 months but after that I became unhappy with intelliflix.com. I contacted them several times by email (which is the only way of contact as far as I am aware) and they never agreed to refund my membership.     As far as I am aware they don't ship orders any where near the time they say they do, dvd arrived cracked!
    Can't get into the web site or it only partially works. It looks like the web site is gone and I've lost my $20 for the starter program. I dont recommend Intelliflix.com.

    I wish I saved my money with www.intelliflix.com, I do not recommend them for an Online DVD Rental. Netflix is totally much better; reliable, and trustworthy as far as I am concerned.
    Much more fun to in my opinion as I personally found Intelliflix a disappointment.

    Not worth the money I payed in my opinion. As far as I am aware after one year of waiting for our refund it still has not yet come?

    As far as I am aware they overcharged my credit card. Charged me twice for a pay-per-view movie and never sent it. One month into a year pre-paid membership they stopped sending movies.
    I dont recommend Intelliflix to anyone.

    This so-called DVD rental is not worth the money for me in my experience. As far as I am concerned they imply that they will send me three movies at a time. But I personally feel I am lucky to get four DVD movies per month. Almost all the movies that have been sent are as far as I am concerned foreign (if you put them on queue, or older films never any new movies.     The search for movies on the website brings back no matches for generic genres... and lists only a few titles from before 1999. The movies I HAVE gotten I have had to write customer service 6 times to get 1 movie sent, and they sent a letter saying I should be happy with getting what I have gotten since my membership began because it works out to 2.39/title. I would rather pay 5.00 at the local blockbuster and get new titles than get titles I put on my que JUST TO GET A MOVIE TO WATCH.

    I would recommend to not use Intelliflix, In my opinion their service and selection are not even close to what they claim, figure 5,000 titles (not 60,000) and 5-6 day delivery each way. All movies are coming completely across the country. As far as I am aware they have that many distribution centers they are using them to slow down the process. Try someone else like Redbox if you have a machine close by, or Blockbuster or Netflix.

    I was duped. It is my own fault for not reading a review before it was too late. They used the basic trick of lower price to con me out of $60. It seems unlikely I'll ever get it back and doubtful I'll get a movie beyond the first month. Multiply my $60 times all the other customers they similarily canned out of $60 and it is quite a large con operation. However, I don't know the laws in regards to such things.

    We signed up in Nov 05 and they were good for the 1st yr, so we renewed. This last year was a big waste of time, We have recieved maybe 10-15 movies in a year and about 50% of those have been broken. We have sent numerous complaints and requests to cancel, but they keep blowing us off and extending our contract for free, which is pointless since we still have no movies sent!!!     I have been a Super pass member for a while now and things were great till about 6 months ago. I think that they are having major internal and financial problems. For the last 4 months, they were only able to ship me about 8 DVDs even though I have more than 300 selections in my queue.     My experience echoes what others have written. They have rarely sent the three dvds I've contracted for. Disks arrive damaged. I've never received popular titles I placed in my quque over 8 months ago. Responses from customer service are boiler plate: apologetic and then no change in their horrible service. They do not the the tens of thousands of titles they claim. Brouse through their lists and I'd be amazed if over 2,00 titles are listed. I regret ever signing a contact with them. List ...

    They never have requested titles available, never ship on time, never send the number of dvds contracted for, and avoid dealing with any questions asked of them. Dvds are frequently damaged and cannot be played. They just don't care after they have your money! Please, don't make the same mistake I and all of the other customers who have been taken in by them have made. Save your money and go to a ligitimate company.

    I was pleased with them the first year, but they changed multiple things about their service and it is impossible to get games or mature titles. The newest and most popular titles are always our of stock and they don't have a customer service phone option. Every complaint is handled by email by somebody who doesn't appear to have a firm grasp on the English language.

    When I joined there was a statement in their policy that they would refund back to you the unused portion of the membership for early termination, but you would be billed for $24.95 per month for the months used. After 3 months of horrible service, I tried to terminate my service and after two months of emails, they said they would not give back any refund.     I know that this is the section where the bulk of the review is supposed to be, but there really is not much to say. Except, Intelliflix DVD Rental don't provide a good service, and I am concerned that they may charge my credit card after I've asked them twice to cancel my account.

    Intelliflix probably over promised and when compared to other rental services, can't compete in turn around time. But they are also a lot cheaper than the other services. So I have been satisfied. I don't complain about customer service at Walmart much either, though.
