Good Points: Hot my cashback no problem.

Bad Points: The 3 networks customer services weren't the best.

General comments: I got a welcome pack with all the necessary steps for cash back claim. I followed the terms and got my cashback - no problem! I just think you have to pay all of your bills on time and read the terms to get your cashback.

Three Mobile were accurate with my cash back. I think you have to be careful not to change your contract before the cash back date.

I bought a 3 mobile phone from them a year ago, and had excellent service and full cash back. I then bought another late last year, and now I am a bit worried that they are not updating their website. Still it could just be a long holiday.

I signed up with Three Mobile Phones on a contract @ £3.99 a month for first 12 months. Instead of getting full cashback of £312.12 as promised, I only got £199.20. I know of others on same contract who got around £300 cashback. Also their website is still showing them closed for Christmas and it's now 6/1/06!

I have been battling with Three Mobile Phones for 3 months to get my cashback as promised!! I am very disappointed with the service they offered, and will not be taking out a contract like this again!
I will also not be signing with 3 again, as I have been put off completely.

I signed a contract with Three Mobile Phones for a year, got the cash back as they promised. and I received my handset within 3 days, shorter than I expected.
