    Dear Sir.,

    I With our Indian Passengers EY , Emirates, Air Arabia makes profit and they throw govt some and you are giving space with Jet Air ways profit.

    AI and IA got more cpacity than Jet or other airlines, increase our national career or praivatise , hand hover to Ratan Tata. These good carriers are used to lift only minsters, and most of the time Ministers Bill never settled.

    I remember George Fernadez called 1971 IA strike in Kalin IA Qtrs, his speech were some non quality, and Karat is lined up.

    We are not bothered weather Congress or Non congress, I need my nation should lead in this world. My each citizens are quality people to lead this world.

    With our own money no need to give any service to my c ountry people, EY , Emirates and Air Arabia is not flying wth Arabs, they are flying with our Indians and their hard earned labout money. Pls take serious issue.

    Now we are doing spl announcement through out gulf and western countries not to fly other than AI and IA. very soon we will be succeeded to bring these two giants Air Lines as major Air Lines as good as 60, and 70's

    Increase the numbers and merge the Jet to IA and IA, entire air craft should go to National career, u can name as queen and king, not as goel air lines.

    India is for us and not for EY or Emirates.

    Pls reply with your view , if your genuine reason available then I will reply again accordingly.

    Pls note: My country men wont allow to sell Kalina qtrs. Chennai, Hyderabad , Delhi and Kolkota AI and IA properties. By giving money to them dont try to swallow those properties.

    Dear Mr Jadhav:
    A few days ago I travelled on your much publicized airline. As an Indian, I had been following all the recent negative news surrounding Air India but the patriotism in me wanted to give this airline a try and also help an airline that is struggling.     Poor customer service. Baggage handling needs to improve. Customer service is non-existent. Unreliable flights. Zero value for ones hard earned money. But I still Want to fly With air india."Feel The Air of india Fly AirIndia".
    I Love this airline but staff some time good some time very poor.Good Point Last time they upgrade me from Economy to Business.

    I was travelling from Chicago - Cochin, India via Bombay with Air India

    Flight from FRA to BOM was not there. Was send to Delhi. Had to take connection to Bom and by that time my connection to Cok was gone. Had to take a deomestic flight from BOM to COK. A travel cant be worse. Irresposible about the travellers. It was like hell.

    Air India is the worst airline I ever met. Be for 2 hours before the gate closes. Air India usually deny their passengers.

    My first time flying with Air India from London to Amritsar and back. Checking in was okay, or so I thought. I was greeted with a Hello which gave me that warm welcome, thinking that the flight was going to be smooth and heavenly. Anyhow, we took off half an hour after the time that was written on our tickets, a valid reason was not specified. The toilets are short of space so dress comfortably and prepare to wait in a queue.     The Air India website always says "System Busy !!!!. Please try again." After trying for an hour or so, it goes to the next screen. Where I can only pick 1 seat, even thought I had 4 people on the PNR, after that next screen says do the formalities at the airport without giving what seats were assigned. I hit back button and try again this time it says that it booked 4 seats and gives number 4A, 4B, 4C, 4D. When I selected 34A. Does this mean they gave me Business class seats? I don't think so . ...

    Air India really is the worst airline i have ever used. The pre-flight services were appalling. My flight changed destination (JFK to Newark) and then flight number, but I couldn't contact customer services from UK because their number didn't work. Emailed them via website but never got a reply. Went to airport with new 'flight receipt' to fly to Newark, BAA ground staff at LHR check in made a joke about how bad AI were, obviously common knowledge.

    I had to fly AI from HYD to LHR & return and, I would not wish it on my worst enemy. A total of 4 flights using 4 different types of planes, each worse than the other. The web-site and the printed schedule are a joke; if you are lucky you might find someone in the airport who has an inkling as to which of their flights will operate and at what time. We got on our way after Monday's flight(s) were cancelled and Tuesday's flight was delayed by a mere 5 hours or so, for me, a delay of more than 29 ...

    I am in general very satisfied with Air India. I have travelled Air India for 6 times between India-Japan, and out of 6 times, for 5 times it departed on time and reached before time, while once it departed 3 hours late, but still managed to reach before time!
    Those were the times, when I was 100% vegetarian and so for food, Air India was like Mecca for me. They served best quality food in appropriate quantity. They keep on asking you whether you want anything to drink, to eat etc.!

    Good food and services but I thought the plane was in poor condition. Overall, a good airline to travel with.

    More attention chould be paid on Air India's superstucture - that is ONLINE SERVICE - where there is room for improvement. In 2007 I was required to travel from South Wales to London (Barcley Square office) in order to change my ticket to a different departure time. Twice in 2008 I tried to CHECK-IN via ONLINE but the web site is down.
    Still, I give it a 5.

    From London Heathrow to New Delhi. It was a horror show for me....I do not have words to describe my feelings but just wanted to say I will never fly Air India again.

    Lost my luggage over THREE times...possibly the worst airline I have EVER been on! I would not recommend this airline.

    We flew with Air India on July 4th and July 21st 2008. When we came to check in it was quick and organised. When boarding we had been given seats together. The plane was on time and very clean. Service during the flight was friendly and helpful.
    I would recommend them. Very good!

    Price is low but if you weigh in the bad points , it quickly becomes very undesirable. The other fact is most of their planes are old and "refurbished". Some of the staff can be unfriendly.

    I finally did the unthinkable,I decided to travel via air india from LAX to DELHI. I had a 1 year old baby and I thought may be the direct flight by Air India will be good for us...Alas, I was so wrong.My trip started on saturday, 11 AM April 12th (Pacific time) and was supposed to reach Delhi by monday morning.I had a connecting flight from Delhi to Ranchi the same day on 14th April and was supposed to reach Ranchi by 5 PM same day.My whole vacation was for around a month and I was supposed to ...

    I have traveled on this route 4 times this year. This is a near perfect experience when compared to any American airline and all European carriers.

    The non-stop travel allows for a meal, a restful nights sleep, 3-4 hours of work and you are there!

    The seats and comfort are perfect as the bed is flat and bed linen is provided. A comfortable night suit change is also provided with the attendant taking your day clothes to a hanger.

    Great food. Brand new aircraft. Good in-flight entertainment. Reasonably priced tickets. I travelled by Air India from Chicago to Delhi via London. Bad airport lounge. Staff needs to be more professional. Air India has changed a lot in past couple of years and I recommend this airline.
