Good Points: Another fun gun for cans and paper Looks the part, in the right light at a distance. Not too heavy. Light trigger pull lighter in auto mode (alot lighter than cp99). Less recoil than ppk.
Bad Points: Plastic, plastic with plastic bits (looks & feels like that playstation lightgun as my mate said). Looks the part, in the right light at a distance.
General comments: Another fun gun 7 mags (56 shots crosman Accupells) to 1 co2.
Need big hand like mine for grip, a bit fiddly to get mag. out. Uses same/compatible (reinforced ratchet) mag. as cp99.
Puts a hole in steel cans, rips ally cans.

Definitely a marmite gun (either love it or you hate it) I'd still recommend this gun but i wouldn't say its to everyones tastes. It's great for fun and plinking but i find the trigger just too heavy for any real accuracy. One to try for yourself just don't throw the receipt away.

I was so excited when the delivery guy popped this round, i ripped into the packaging at once to discover.... a toy. Seriously, this thing made me feel like i was 6 again, but not in a good way. I can't believe I bought this thing, I actually had it wrapped up and ready to be posted back to the supplier within the hour. It just doesn't feel like you get your moneys worth and just doesn't feel like a pellet pistol should.
It was quite accurate when i used it, but the speed and power felt like i ...

I had this Magnum Research, Inc CO2 Desert Eagle pistol for about 5 months and fired around a 1000 rounds. After about 500 rounds, and on a hot afternoon, the pistol refused to fire the slugs. (The slug would just poke its nose out of the Mag and then the mag would be prevented from turning).
The first time this happened I changed the gas cylinder thinking the gas was exhausted - only to find (big whoosh), it was probably half full. Later that evening - cooler - it was working again.
This h ...

As I said in my first review, this Eagle is just for fun, the trigger could be inproved.
If you want make precision shooting, I'm not sure it's the gun you need...but it's just my opinion ;-))

Magnum Research, Inc CO2 Desert Eagle are available in UK from Airgunbuyer.com @£99.95
There is a very detailed review on the performance etc. already posted, so I will stick to what I like.... It's fun!!! I find it pretty accurate using Daystate FT's. Mine is doing 3.2 ft/lb on chrono, but drops to approx 2 ft/lbs as the gas runs low. I dont think its sold as a target pistol, as such, perfect for jumping tin cans about. Looks cool!

Introduction
As I shoot a Walther CPM-1 .177" CO2 pistol on a "serious" basis, I'd been looking for something more "fun" oriented. As I also own a Walther Underlever (an 8-shot .177" Co2 powered replica of the legendary Winchester 1894 Carbine), I had plenty of spare magazines, so it made sense to be looking at a pistol based on the same Umarex 8 shot CO2 action. This gave me a few options to choose from: the Walther CP88, Beretta 92FS, or the Colt 1911 Government. I was leaning towards the C ...
