I have used this for 3 months. During that time I have lost nearly 11 kg. Also I have increased exercising and feel much healthier. WLR is easy once you take the time to get used to keeping a log of your daily food intake and exercise. It really helps to motivate you and gets you to think about the amounts of calories in food and also how much exercis is needed to burn off those 'treats'!! I started using WLR after years of neglecting my body, drinking, no exercise, over eating... all leading to me being over 15 stone and high blood pressure. I was told by my doctor I must loose weight or risk early death. It may be that the cost of WLR (which is very reasonable anyway) forced me to use it rather than sign up then ignore it. This was the second time I have had to resort to WLR to remind my body to behave itself. I believe the most important aspect of WLR and indeed any type of dieting is one of attitude. If you miss your target for the day/week, so what, just carry on. If you consistently use more calories than you consume, it will work, you do not have to do anything except stick at it. For me this is the very best diet planner on the web. There are no strict diet rules. This is merely a place to plan how much weight you want to lose, record food consumed, and record exercise taken (if any). Where this system has the edge over all others I've tried is that it returns much more nutrition information. It is an easy to use tool to help you support weight loss, its great in that it does all the calculations for you. It is very visual friendly (with the use of graphs etc), things like that really work for me instead of lots of numbers.
