Good Points: There is no specific eating plan, just easy to follow calorie counting, a foods database to input what you have eaten, message boards, a help team available via telephone, email or message via message boards. You have online goals and results. You can input your own recipes, exercise plans. There is even a breakdown of foods eaten by fats, carbohydrates and proteins. This is all available for less than £10 per month.
Bad Points: You cannot keep your online food diary pages for more than three months.
General comments: Using WLR, I have lost almost a stone following sensible food and exercise plans - my own. WLR teaches you to be able manage your weight using their resources and with out. This is a life plan, not a fad diet.

I like the Weightloss Resources book very much. It has a lot of information in it, and it is well laid out. I would like to see a variety of menus for all eaters like fussy eaters, vegans and for people who are food intolerant etc.
