This website is very useful. It works out for you how much you need to lose, and how many calories you can eat daily and weekly. You can track your weight loss on a graph, and check the calorific value of what you are eating, meal by meal, day by day. I have done many diets over the years, namely, slimming world, Atkins, tesco, etc. 3 yrs ago I lost 4 stone just by reducing my calorie intake. I found weightlossresources.co.uk many years ago and signed up to see if their approach could help with dealing with a long term persistent weight problem. It is an easy to use tool to help you support weight loss, its great in that it does all the calculations for you. It is very visual friendly (with the use of graphs etc), things like that really work for me instead of lots of numbers. It allows you to add in foods that might not be on there already, which makes it more relevant to you. My mates either use slimming world or weight watchers and when we discuss losing weight etc it is clear they have no idea the calorie content of food or the meals they eat. I can actually tell them how many calories the meal I've made had. I also find weight loss resources by far easier to use once all my recipes are completed and saved and I have to do is make sure I weigh my food before I eat it, easy peasy. The thing about weight loss resources is the calorie counting its really simple, you can eat any thing you like as long as you dont go over your calorie allowance.
