    I survived many a downpour with the Cover Girl Remarkable Waterproof Washable mascara!! It never gave any black rings under my eyes at the end of the day!! I would definitely recommend this if you always have problems with smudging. And it comes off so easily with lots of warm water!!! The only drawback is that lashes do clump more with this one than the other department store brands. However, the low affordable price of $5 does make up for its flaw.

    I have used Cover Girl Remarkable Waterproof Washable mascara for probably 7 years now, and every once in a while I try something new, but I am never as satisfied. It really is waterproof and easily washes off. It is great for me, because with my contacts I often have watery eyes, and I hate it when my mascara runs! But I hate waterproof mascara that NEVER comes off! This is the only product that I have found that offers both the waterproof and the washable! Nothing can beat it if this is what y ...
