Good Points: Well worth the money. Wont ever go back to another brand. It is expensive however your saving in the long run as it will last for a while. My makeup bag has now been condensed way down.

Bad Points: Cant actually think of any!

General comments: Absolutely love this product. I've been using bare escentuals for the past 2 months now and I haven't looked back. I used to use a cheaper version of this and liked it at 1st. However I started to get really dry skin no matter how much moisturising I did and the product just stuck to those areas and made it very obvious. I decided to buy the bare escentuals starter kit and found this very easy to apply. My skin has cleared up and now has a healthy glow to it. Plus after a 12 hour shift as a midwife my makeup is still in place without any further applications. I have now bought the bare crystals for my eyes, another great product. Fantastic. I bought my kit from a local store and the staff were so helpful, opening all the kits out and showing me how it'll look on my skin. Also said dont hesitate to come back if by chance I had any problems in applying the product.

I have acne rosacea and have tried many types of foundation over the years. A friend recommended Bare Escentuals Bare Minerals and although I was sceptical at first I gave it a try. I went to their shop within Frasers and the sales girl was fantastic. I bought a starter kit which was really great value for money. It is so easy to apply and it gives as much coverage as you want and it's perfect for my skin because it is mineral makeup and doesn't cause a flare up like other makeups do. I wil ...

feels very light on my skin and the best thing being i dont feel guilty if im too tired to take my makeup off before bedtime. I have been using bare minerals eyeshadows for just over a year and loved them. At christmas time just gone i recieved the foundation, mineral veil, concelar, buxton lip gloss and warm radience. I find the foundation easy to put on and it does give good coverage but it seems like it refelcts too much light. My face dosnt look greasy just very shiney and glittery. ...

I have very acne prone skin and Bare Escentuals Bare Minerals is the only makeup i can wear. I love the way I can keep reapplying it all day long and mix the colours to the shade I like best. I find powders are messier than creams etc, but with a little care it's not hard. I just wish more places sold it!

Generally I found that Bare Escentuals Bare Minerals was messy. I didn't find that it had any noticeable light reflecting quality and it definitely didn't make me have a health glow - quite the opposite really, as it made me look quite pastie, in addition to which it accentuatetd my lines and made my skin feel tight. Not a good look unless you want to look like Elizabeth the first. I always leave 30 mins or so between moisturising and applying make-up, so can't see that this could have been ...

I like the coverage of Bare Escentuals Bare Minerals, my skin looks pretty even toned. I have been using BE for over a month. It makes my skin feel very dry, when I smile I can feel and see how tight my skin is (not in a firm way). It is time consuming to put on, so many steps and containers. I realize it is my foundation, blush and powder all in one, but I don't care for the containers at all. It just takes time to unscrew (without spilling it all over in the container), then you have to tap s ...

I'd like to just say that I think ANYONE giving Bare Escentuals bad reviews either isn't applying them correctly, or is crazy! I love BE and find it hard to see how anyone could say a bad word about them! They outshine any other makeup I have tried and I have been using the whole range for years and would not turn back!

Bare Escentuals Bare Minerals has been the only makeup that looked natural and didn't cling to all my face fuzz. I have never been able to achieve a decent complexion before this. The fact that it is natural, and doesn't contain any of the weird chemicals that make my skin freak out is a huge plus. I don't have a problem with the powder flying everywhere unless I'm using too much of it (a little goes a long way,) or accidentally dump the container. The little pots last a long time, making it ...

I know there've been a thousands of great comments about Bare Escentuals cosmetics..and I know I wont be the first woman to scream that it is magic! But still I'd like to share my happiness that finally something like this was invented! I've got the most horrible skin ever: heavy freckles, uneven skin tone, combination of oily & dry areas, large pores, black dots, and fiew spots here and there ocasionaly...and with fiew fine lines and wrinkles becoming more noticable with every day -it's just se ...

I've been using bare minerals for a week now and my skin has that lovely dewy glow (not sweaty) look I've tried to achieve with my mammoth box of other make up brands. Now I have given all the other products away and just use the foundation, warmth and veil. Getting married in Feb and will definitely be using it and just touching up with veil during the day. I'm really impressed with it.

I love this makeup! I just turned 38 and was still getting pimples! I thought we outgrew these things! Well anyway a friend told me to try this makeup. I have very light skin and lots of freckles. This makeup covers everything and makes me look natural. No more make up lines and thick sticky makeup everywhere. And as of yet no pimples! I would recommend it to anybody!

Bare Escentuals Bare Minerals is ace! I don't know why people are giving it bad reviews? Maybe there's a knack to putting it on? I have blotchy, spotty, dry skin, with the occasional oily t-zone, and Bare Minerals works magic on it. I can NEVER find make up that works with my skin, but these powders completely even out my complexion, covers spots, and doesn't cake on them (or dry skin). Infact, the make up is gorgeous, and I'm never turning back. It even covers my dark circles under my eyes, and ...

Again, the foundation works really well on good skin days and doesn't cause break-out like liquid foundations can. But when my face is slightly damp, the brush itself can get a little wet, which can cause the foundation power to clump together on the brush. This can get really frustrating if I'm in a rush right after my workout. I also don't see the difference between the foundation power and the multi-tasking bisque; the ingredient are almost the same. The concealer can sometimes accentuate ble ...

Okay let me start by saying that I have awful skin. I get spots, but also am prone to dyness. Go figure, I thought I'd left all that trouble behind in my teens but no such luck, so I started the cycle of clogging up my pores with foundation to hide the spots which were probably caused by my foundation! See where I'm going? Now a friend in the beauty industry introduced me to Bare Minerals, and I have to say I haven't looked back. In my opinion application is everything and a little goes a long ...

Wasn't impressed with the coverage of Bare Escentuals Bare Minerals at all. Looks really dark on my fair skin, even if I buy the lightest shades. Lots of steps to apply, too. I thought the customer service was horrible and found it very difficult to get out of the club. When I had to to return something it took a few months before I got my money back.

I think the range of shades for the foundation is poor and should be extended. Besides that, it is nice product, worked well with my sensitive skin. I enjoy this product because I dont feel the guilt of touturing my skin with thick liquid foundations.

I would recommend Bare Escentuals Bare Minerals to anyone who has an uneven complexion. I have tried so many foundations, and none have ever come even close to Bare Minerals. It provides flawless coverage and a very natural appearance; you can't even tell that you're wearing foundation. The only downside is that the price is a little on the higher side, but it is absolutely worth it.
