    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - over 1 month and nothing but lies from customer service.
    Was said the bed would be dispatched today, but courer have damaged it in transit, even though it has not yet left the shop!!
    Have cancelled order, will wait and see for refund.

    Warning! We ordered a bedroom suite on 10th Aug and I have email confimation saying all my items were in stock. We were messed about with delivery times on three seperate occasions taking time off work to be available only for them to fail to turn up. Eight weeks later the suite was delivered minus one item which apparantly was damaged in transit. No one called to inform us.     I am extremly disappointed and appalled of the 'so called' customer service of United Interiors. Have made numerous calls and emails regarding my order with them to sort out my dispute. I wanted to write this review to warn anyone thinking of placing an order with them to double think as i would STRONGLY advise you not to!I found their customer care team immensely impolite, insulting and disrespectful.

    we ordered a Country Pine large dining table & 6 chairs on 2nd September, we were informed of a timescale of approx 4 weeks which was OK. As we were anxious and somewhat eager to take delivery we contacted United Interiors a few times, although it wasn't easy getting through by telephone our emails were all responded to fairly promptly.     I ordered two cupboards mid-August, one was ex-display so was in stock. I had to chase the order up a number of times and was constantly advised that delivery would be 'next week'. The goods finally arrived today. As I was advised that delivery would be between 14:15 and 15:15, I was out of the house until 13:15.     Ordered 6 chairs over the phone from United Interiors. Delivery to Ireland took approx 7-8 weeks. When eventually delivered, items were incorrect. They will not take responsibility for delivering the incorrect order, nor will they look at taking these items back and have my correct order delivered. Have never received delivery docket or receipt for my purchase. They have also insinuated that my Irish accent was to blame for this error.     Ordered the cotswold oak bedroom range furniture from United Interiors. We were told the items will be delivered within 3 weeks. Two weeks later 21st July we took delivery of the furniture, the delivery men were polite and helpful they assembled all the items and placed it where i wanted it to go, and left the room clean and tidy. I cannot fault the service we recieved from united interiors or their delivery team, i hope some more of you have the same experience as me!

    We wanted to purchase oak bedroom furniture, the sales person we spoke to was very helpful and informative, they sent us brochures and colour blocks to assist. We opted to go with the Vermont Oak range (wardrobes, king size bed, 2 chests, 2 bedsides). Four days after placing our order we had a telephone call booking our delivery (3 days notice), they even adjusted the time by 2 hours to fit in with us.     I had read a recent review about this company regarding their service , which i myself totally disagree with. I had recieved my furniture on 29th May 08 and was very pleased with them and the service that we received. Their delivery men said that they would be with us between 9 - 10 am and they were eventhough they travelled from Leeds to London, they were very helpful and polite.

    Very unprofessional in my opinion. Delivery times which are on the web site have nothing to do with reality.7-14 days BIGH NO. 28 days minimum and plus they do not care when you are complaining.
    I did however think that there was good presentation on the website.

    After reading the reviews on this website I placed an order with United Interiors on 20th of August 2007. The items were delivered exactly three weeks and three days later (13/09/2007). The company contacted me prior to the delivery date in order to arrange a suitable time for the delivery. On the delivery day, for no extra charge, two man delivery team came down, placed and assembled the items in all of the specified location. They removed and took all of the packaging with them.     I have tried numerous times to call, but there is no one there to take call. I have also emailed, but I received very little feedback from United Interiors.

    I ordered a chest of drawers, which I have found to be very well made and great value. The customer service I received from United Interiors was excellent.

    I would recommend and buy from this company again.

    I was a little nervous about "taking the plunge" and buying something from the Internet, but United Interiors proved that my nervousness was unfounded. I bought several bedroom items from them in July and although they stated that the furniture would be with me within 3-5 weeks. The wardrobe was delayed by 1 week, due to the popularity of the item I chose, but they did advise me of this early on and the service leading up to the final delivery was to my satisfaction.     United Interiors has a fantastic range of furniture with generous discounts, this company kept me well informed regarding my order and let me change it twice, no problems! They arranged a delivery time to within an hour and kept to it, the delivery service was the best I have ever received. What a pleasure to deal with! Friendly, helpful and efficient - I will be shopping with this company again!

    I ordered a table and chairs in May from United Interiors and I am still waiting (August 17th). The timescale should have been 3-5 weeks not 3 months. I would strongly advise you to not purchase from this company. They have our money and no one is returning our calls so that we can have a refund.

    United Interiors provided a level of customer service that you don't find anywhere these days. From discussing our requirements to installation and after-sales support they were friendly and efficient. I required made to measure bedroom furniture it was very well made and put up in my bedroom for me. I am very happy with United Interiors.
