We check the internet for holiday "Deals" and seem to return to Travel Republic. It is not the price that we decide on but we know if there is any doubt in our minds with other providers, we will not experience it with Travel Republic. EXAMPLE-- Last year stood in an internet cafe in Dubrovnik trying to book a hotel that we could actually see in Cavtat, problems having our credit card accepted, phoned Travel Republic office in London, booking secured!! thankyou. I think travel republics email confirmation system is complicated. Lots of different emails that surely could be amalgamated. That includes when you have to cancell a holiday. “Shuttle transfer did not turn up at the end of the holiday”

The holiday itself was very good, we booked the flight , hotel , car parking and insurance wich was very good, but at the end of the holiday we were told we would be picked up at the hotel at 7.55 am unfortunatley it did not arrive . The hotel recepionist was very helpful and phoned the emergency number who then told me that the next shuttle bus was at 9.30 wich would have been to late so we had no choice but to phone for a taxi wich cost 38 euros , a dissapointing end to the holiday. From start to finish Travel Republic have been too good to be true. The price was great, they have kept me informed on any extra details and changes to my holiday. I did phone the customer service team to ask a few questions regarding transfers they were very helpful and put me at ease. I always use Travel Republic, whether its for an exotic holiday, cheap last minute cancellation or mini break within the UK. The site is simple to use and if you have to change anything on your booking the staff are always extremely helpful. I went to Eqypt with my friend the other year and she fell over by the pool and suffered a multiple fracture of the wrist. She was in a private hospital for 3 days.
