    sent us to apartments where cleaning staff have keys to rooms and also your safes in the rooms , no help from the unmanned reception and unanswered calls to emergency number to both reception and travel repubilic ,if you want to be a gift to thiefs who will take you for what you have TRAVEL REPUBLIC is for you . please dont go to benidorm and dont use travel republic

    arrived at Don Curro Hotel in Malaga very tired, hungry and hot. worried about booking hotel over internet. Needn't have worried all went smoothly and welcoming. Staff spoke english and locked my case up for safety on day I left (not leaving until after midday). checking out is noon which is excellent. Very nice breakfast although I wasn't told where restaurant was on arrival. No kettle or comfort tray in room which would have been nice but I already knew that from reading a review. On Booking, ...

    Hey i just booked a hotel in jamaica threw this site so lets hope it goes well, i just cant beliave the price!!!
    anyways let ya no when get back if everything went ok, i had use the customer help line too and i did find them very helpful and i got email straight after booking, theres so much negative about them but i will let u no when i return.

    We booked to stay in a 5 star hotel (Pachtuv Palace hotel) in Prague with Travel Republic for a long weekend. It was our first time to Prague, so we didn't know what to expect. The hotel made us feel very welcome however, they were not aware of our booking when we arrived - even though we had booked the hotel chauffeur to pick us up from the airport.     Once again Travel republic have managed to make our stay in Cairo Egypt a complete miserey. Last year we booked into The Grand Pyramids Hotel with guests and the hotel had not received the booking which had been passed onto a 3rd party by Travel Republic. Despite all of our paperwork which confirmed the booking we had to pay again.

    Having read reviews on this site, I was worried about a booking I had made for a hotel in Palma, Majorca. The price was very cheap (half the price of other usually cheap websites) and I started to have doubts. I emailed travel republic with my concerns and they checked my booking with the supplier. They also provided an on call mobile number for when I arrived on Saturday night. There was a local problem which they sorted out straightaway, even phoning to confirm all was well the next morning.     we have used travelrepublic for our last 6 holidays its very easy they do all the work for you tell them wot you want and they will find you the best deal just booked again for next year ken & rita manchester

    I booked a hotel in Gran Canaria with them but they have debited my bank account twice, I contacted them this morning and was advised that they would get customer services to ring me, I am still waiting and I also raised a query on the my bookings section on their website at lunchtime, I am still waiting for a response - not very satisfactory travel republic.Beware what you pay them and what you are charged - they don't seem to be concerned once they have your money, sorry but avoid!!!

    We booked our flights and hotel with Travel Republic. I received an email last week saying both bookings had been cancelled on CUSTOMERS request. I did not ask them to cancel my holiday. I am currently waiting for them to listen to tapes of when I have rang to proove I did not make this request. We are or should I say were due to fly Thursday!! I would be very grateful if William Ford could update us via this review forum on how you are getting on with getting your money back. Kellie

    I wll NEVER book a flight thru TRAVEL REPUBLIC again!
    I booked flights/hotel to Gran Canaria thru Travel Republic on 21/09.
    Due to depart on 12/10 @ 09:30 from Glasgow arrive 14:00 and ret 19/10 @ 14:55 arrive in Glas 19:25. Selected these flights because of good times and paid a premium.
    Notified 5/10 of change to flight times as follows:- Dep 12/10 @ 18:55 arrive @ 23:40, Dep 20/10 @ 00:40 aarive @ 05:15.

    This company is a disgrace
    I bought tickets and paid over 800 pounds
    then received an email saying my trip was cancelled and that they were keeping my money
    I am reporting them around the globe
    For gods sake avoid this Company if you do not want to lose your money and your holiday
    They refuse to even communicate - They say the booking was cancelled - if it was it was not by us!
    Why would anyone cancel their own booking when they know they are going to lose their money

    We only purchased Theme Park Tickets through Travel Republic, so can't comment on the holidays. We ordered £1400 worth of Orlando theme park tickets, were told to allow 14 days for delivery and received them 36 hours later. I should have used them this year, the company I used this time is still claiming there are "delays in the US" and hasn't even received our tickets yet - we go in five days!!

    I have learnt my lesson - next time I will use Travel republic, even if it is a few punds more ...

    Arrived back from Crete last week,hotel & location,Sissi,perfect but the flight tickets were a joke.Tickets were in email form which i had to print off & hand in at check in,i was told these were the tickets & not just a receipt to hand in & exchange for real tickets at airport.Manchester check in staff didnt know what to do with them but finally let us through after manually entering all our details onto the airport system as we werent on it!Check in girl assured me there would be no problem at ...

    We have used this company for the last 3 years and always have had a great sevice.We booked our transfers as a shuttle tranfer and have always got a small bus.We were so disappointed we were located a coach and to make matters worse we were kept waiting for a hour and half for one couple on the same flight.I know that was not the companies fault but to land at 9.30 and collected our luggage really quickly and not arrive at the hotel till 12,and not dropped at the hotel but at the top off the roa ...

    Just returned from a holiday in Menorca, everything was well planned and efficient. Excellent price and substantial saving on travel agent holidays, would definitely use them again.

    im due to go away this weekend after booking a twin centre holiday to asia with travel republic. i asked at the time of booking to have airport to hotel transfers included, and when the costing was done the lady who did the booking for me said thats it evrything all included in the cost, i booked it there and then, i was told id recive ticktes ect two weeks prior to my holiday, well guess what nothing arrived, all i got was e-mails from this booking lady confirming flights, and sent vouchers for ...

    This company may well offer value for money but I will never use them again. They showed unbelievable UNRELIABILITY. I very carefully put together a complicated holiday for my family for a very special purpose - all the different companies I used turned up trumps - EXCEPT TRAVEL REPUBLIC.
