    I purchased four pairs of shoes for my 86 year old mother-in-law. She has hammertoe and was looking for a pair of dress shoes. Shoebuy had a few pairs that would work for her. I ordered two different pairs in a size 7WW and 71/2WW hoping that one out of the four would fit. The order was placed on the 9th of Nov. and we received them four days later. Unfortunately all were too big. I returned all four in one big box. Each pair was in their original box. I recieved the confirmation of return and sent them back on Nov. 15th. On the 20th I got three email notices that the shoes were returned and a credit issued. Nothing on the fourth pair. Called customer service and the young lady assured me that she would investigate and have a credit issued. I then went on vacation for the Thanksgiving Holiday and returned on the 30th. I called because I never received confirmation for credit on the fourth pair. I was told that they were sent back because they had been worn!!! The heel and soles were worn down!! I was furious and told them they were never worn and were sent back in the same condition as received within three days!! How could anyone wear down heels and soles within three days. Was told they would review the pictures taken of the shoes by the return department and get back to me within five days. I was not going to accept that solution and talked with the supervisor, then manager, and am now waiting to hear the the Director of Customer Service. I have called my credit card company and they are putting in a complaint on my behalf. This is quite the scam and this company needs to be reviewed by BBB and the Attorney General of the state in which they operate. I am personally going to contact both of these organizations and put in a complaint. I will never buy anything from them again and urge caution to anyone else thinking of ordering. Should have read the reviews before I ordered!!

    I was having trouble finding double wide shoes for my husband, the stores just do not carry them. My daughter suggested the internet and I found your company. I found just what I was looking for in the right size and ordered them. I received them in good time and they were perfect. And I found that they were $20.00 cheaper for the very same shoe at Penny's. I'm glad I found your company, it will surely solve my problem getting wide shoes.

    I like Shoebuy products, especially since they have N widths which are hard to find even in the best of stores unless the store is willing to order them.

    I would not use this company again due to the poor customer service I received. I placed an order with Shoebuy, and due to an error in the delivery address, it ended up going to the wrong location. After emailing sportsshoes.com 3 times and still no answer, I phoned and was sent a claims form, which I filled out and returned. 6 days past, and I phoned for update, and I was told that items were no longer in stock and I could choose alternative items.     Ordered two items (to be shipped to the UK). When they hadn't turned up after 3 weeks I emailed to ask when to expect them as there was no way to track the order in my account (although their site says there should be). I had to email four times and I only got one holding email back that told me nothing. Exactly a month after I'd ordered I got a notification via Paypal, not even from Shoebuy, that Shoebuy had cancelled my order (and refunded the cash in fairness) - with no notice or explanation ...

    What a disappointment! I ordered a pair of K-Swiss Nido shoes from Shoebuy, hardly even wore them, a few months later, the tongue broke. I sent them in to "be reviewed for defect" although it was quite obvious that there was one...The Tongue Fell Off!! I have never had a pair of shoes that have done that, let alone after such little use.     I purchased a pair of Adidas sweat pants for my husband for Christmas. I ordered these on 12/13 from Shoebuy.com. Although Shoebuy shipped out on 12/15, they will not arrive until 12/27, too late for Christmas.

    A lot of people have recommended Zappos to me for shoes, but by far I have to say Shoebuy is better. I've clicked on a shoe so many times at Zappos only to find it's out of stock; then I go over to Shoebuy and they have it! Shipping is free, and so is return shipping, so I can order a couple of pairs, try them all on, and send back the ones I don't want for free.
