I bought the 1006 tablet at the Gadget Show. Good sales piych. The screen flickers I have tried to contact DGM on many occasions but they NEVER pick up the phone. It is automated and then just cuts you off. I would not ever but from these again. (read more)

Bought the tablet online, works like a charm! Can't fault it, especially for the price! It's smooth and responsive, battery lasts a reasonable length of time of course it varies on what I'm using the tablet for!My apps work fine, I use it everyday as do my kids and I have no complaints. Does exactly what it says on the tin! No complaints from me! Would recommend to a friend anytime! (read more)

T-704S 7" Tablet. Just as well it was a promotional freebie which I got for nothing. If I had paid money for this third rate rubbish I would be very unhappy. If this item is represenatative of DGM products - STAY WELL AWAY and buy something sensible and reliable. (read more)

I bought a talet last year from dgm. Tablet didn't work when I received it so I tried getting a refund. After a month they finally picked the faulty tablet back up and gave me a new one which still didn't work. Emailed approx 20 times and still awaiting for a reply. This was in October. Am appalled by the service with this company. Bit of advice DO NOT BUY FROM DGM. (read more)

“Terrible products hardware totally unreliable. Would...”

I ordered two identical products from this company through an offer I found on Groupon. The order took some time to arrive. Both products I ended up returning as they were faulty. When I complained the 'Customer Service Manager' was rude and hung up the phone. The hardware is of terrible build quality. I ended up sending both products back for a full refund. In summary I would say that there are considerably better products on the market for a similar price. Don't buy! (read more)

THIS IS A WARNING!!! This company is a complete disgrace and should be closed down due to trading standards. I bought a tablet from them which was unable to download apps - apparently I was not the only one - lots of other customers had the same problem. To obtain a refund and collection became an absolute nightmare and even now I am still out of pocket in spite of contant requests. Got the 9inch android tablet didnt hold its charge. Tried to contact DGM nobody ever answered. Sent emails nobody ever replied. When eventually manged to get hold of someone on the phone he was addament i could not have a refund and he put the phone down on me. Brought 2 androids for kids at Christmas through groupon to find both faulty. So contacted DGM and they pick them up. All good. kids were over moon at Christmas. Only to discover they were both still faulty so contacted DGM again they wanted me to pay for units to be returned I said no so they said they would pick them up through Dpd. Courier turned up to pick one up. so I taped parcels together and I've only received one back. They said they only only received one. would never recommend... (read more)

“Do not buy from DGM”

DGM are the worst company I have ever used and would never use again or recommend. They sent a faulty item,sent it back straight away and then was told a replacement new one would be sent but low and behold a scabby scratched filthy one was sent in place that was obviously well used. “Didn't last a year and screen taken for repair never...”

This is obviously just one case - others can judge if this is the usual experience of those buying DGM screens. LCD 19" L-1935WD monitor was at lower end of market but quality was acceptable within that context. After 10 months started to go wrong. Screen totally black after approx. half a second. Turning the screen on and off at any point got another half second peek at the picture before a black screen returned. Initially thought it was graphics card at fault as failure was so... Appaling Company,

Monitor arrived Dead, returned it to base where they fixed the power supply.

returned the monitor, which now switches on- It has 4 dead pixels !!!

Gave them a call and they are telling me that this is within specifications (!) for this particular model and there is nothing they can do about it.

Based on the other comments featured I would say this is a 'fake' review. Ignore, read the other comments. DGM are a terrible company with awful, shoddy products!
