    Good Points: None.


    Bad Points: No communication. Failed delivery. Blatant lies. Suspect quality assurance.


    General comments: Do not deal with diamonds.co.uk. Xmas present ordered and paid for early December with confirmation of delivery a week before Xmas. No communication from them, no delivery yet. When I call them, they confirm a ?shipment? arrival and a new delivery date which they consequently do not meet. This after the initial confirmation stated that the item is available and in their quality assurance department. Very suspect quality assurance for jewellery! I am sure they'll have a merry Xmas with my £219.

    The Diamonds.co.uk website is much clearer than the other diamond websites, with prices substantialy better than other online diamond shops.
