    Good Points: Neat design and easy to use.


    Bad Points: Transparent water level window not very clear and neon is a bit dim. Very noisy when heating up.


    General comments: After about two years of owning this Russell Hobbs 11521 the spout started to leak and eventually came off completely. It seems that the solder holding the spout to the kettle body has completely degraded. Almost impossible to repair. It is a shame, because it is fast boiling and easy to fill through spout.

    The Russell Hobbs 11521 is a very smart looking & stylish kettle. A little "pricey" but I believe it to be well worth the money I spent. Easy to clean and quite efficient. I'm pleased with the overall quality of this product.

    We bought a cordless kettle Russell Hobbs model 11521 at Comet. Within about 8 months the switch failed. Comet changed it without quibble. Within another six months the replacement has the same fault and we have thrown it away.
