    Really really pleased. Got my car stuck in 4 foot of rain. my car wouldnot start, nor could i get it out. NCI said that they didnt have to send anyone out as it stated in my T&C that they wont cover mecnahical fault due to flooding/water damage, however still sent an agent out to help me as a gensture of goodwill. breakdown company came out, recovered my car ad fixed it at the side of the road all within 30 mintues. Really really pleased, only 2nd time ive had to use NCI but both time really pleased, good customer service very polite ad helpfull, well done guys bit of good feedback for you here :-)

    really really cheap i mean £38.50 is what i paid compared to like RAC at over £100. Broke down,Rang NCI has little credit on my mobile so they rang me back, very polite and helpfull did an assesment on how important it was to get to me, the agent that came out was Stoneywood, GOOD BREAKDWON COMPANY) arrived 25 minutes later,
    Very pleased definatly renew my policy next year

    Called the NCI mechanic out and told him what I thought the problem was from past experience, he disagreed and told me to take it to a garage to have it checked out properly. The fault was what I thought it was and it ended up costing me nearly £100 more to get it done than if they had run a simple test and rectified the problem. In my experience, not value for money. I the Customer Service quite abrubt.

    Bought a policy but found in hidden clause had to pay £40 for every call out. Phoned customer care who were terrible so cancelled but was charged cancellation fee.

    You don't need to join a big company to get good service - in fact often the reverse is true. NCI's comprehensive breakdown cover for me and my wife covers us even as passengers in other peoples cars. Invaluable when we were pregnant and I was using our only car at the time.

    A mate recommended NCI breakdown cover to me for my motorcycle breakdown, as they are the only company who offer true breakdown cover for bikers (they send a bike mechanic). They were also able to cover my car on the same policy, which worked out cheaper than the AA, and I got better cover.
