    Good Points: I loved everything about it. The holiday reps were wicked when I got upset they wouldn't let me go until it was sorted out!


    General comments: I loved everything about it and I want to go back there!!

    There was a very handy supermarket next door that is open until 10.00pm for any crisps or biscuits, as the hotel charges a fortune for crisps. The weather left a lot to be desired. We went for one week and had two good weather days only. The rain was horrendous and as with all hotels, we had nothing to do if it's raining. The entertainment was OK but it was very loud. If you didn't stay up, you could not get to sleep cos of the noise.

    Please don't be fooled into thinking that the Santa Susanna Resort Hotel is a family orientated hotel. It isn't. The evenings in the bar were always loud, with the obligatory drunk falling over and making a fool of themselves, although security are really strict about the noise levels after 12.

    The food is OK. It was a bit repetitive and never labelled, so you never really know what you're eating.

    The entertainment does leave a lot to be desired. I'd suggest that if you are taking kids wit ...

    The Santa Susanna Resort Hotel on the Costa Brava is not too bad. It has a very clean and lovely pool. The food was OK, but not great. The rooms were clean, and the staff were lovely.
